As a senior consultant with The Compliance Grid, Akin provides a candidate-centric approach to recruitment, while equally serving as a brand ambassador for clients.
Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, Akin focuses his recruitment efforts on the eDiscovery, Forensic Technology and Cyber Security spheres. His industry specific experience aids him in building deep professional relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs, and ensuring mutual satisfaction.
Prior to The Compliance Grid, Akin worked with a big four accounting firm, as well as with a leading local bank; specifically in HR consulting roles. Akin holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour from Lingnan University.

Pathay has a sincere respect for the pressures faced by his clients having personally assisted in placing hundreds of professionals into teams since starting his career in recruitment in 1998.
After relocating to Hong Kong from the UK in 2008, Pathay initially launched the Hong Kong and China Banking division of Reed Global, the UK's number one recruiting brand.
With the dramatic increase in demand for Compliance professionals following Global Financial Crash post Lehman Brothers, Pathay launched The Compliance Grid in 2012 to provide specialist compliance recruitment services.
