THORNHILL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION

Thornhill Community Association, Inc. (Thornhill or TCA) is comprised of all Thornhill homeowners. Inclusion in the Association is mandatory based on our Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions. Thornhill Community Association is organized as allowed under The Planned Community Act of North Carolina... Just south of I-485, Thornhill is located in the Ballantyne Area of South Charlotte... As with many communities, an elected Board of Directors acts on behalf of our Association. The Board of Directors has many responsibilities, including creating and managing the annual budget, enforcing the terms of the association covenants, and representing our community's interests at the local government level as they pertain to growth or change in the Ballantyne area. The Board of Directors also selects and implements projects that add value to our community and maintain and enhance our quality of living.
