Elliot Ross

Elliot Ross is a strategic and results oriented IM/ IT Professional with over twenty years' experience in leadership and problem solving, enhancing business technology as it relates to operational and strategic planning. His business management experience in the private sector is complemented by his training in ITIL, Enterprise and Technology Architecture, ISO 9000 Standards and ISO 27001 Security Audit Compliance. Elliot is known for his ability to deliver on critical technology projects relating to IT Infrastructure, IT Service Delivery and Service Support, through risk analysis, business process reviews, operational improvements and aligning IM/IT with strategic organizational goals and objectives. Elliot excels in establishing and maintaining client relationships at all organizational levels. He is experienced in negotiation and management of outsourced service contracts for hosting and IT infrastructure. He is a highly effective leader who has a keen interest in mentoring and coaching staff to achieve higher levels of performance. Heather Buchan - President

Kathryn Ring

Kathy initially started her career in Canadian banking, both retail and corporate, in Montreal and Toronto in Customer Care, Management and Operations before moving to Muscat, Oman. Whilst living overseas for many years, Kathy held various management and teaching positions where she was highly respected for her resourcefulness, integrity and strong business acumen. Over the past 40 years, Kathy has provided effective Customer Care, both internally and externally; business administration and operational support; over-hauled struggling companies; taught English as a Second Language to The Royal Guard of Oman; tutored Diplomats; developed and maintained a Training & Development department in a major desalination plant in Abu Dhabi and a few other key positions. Kathy is proud of her accomplishments, has a positive approach and continues to be a major contribution to a company's success.

Sarah Hafez

Sarah brings over ten years experience in Recruitment and Sales and has dedicated much of her career providing strategic recruitment support and advice to her clients while working closely with consultants helping them secure employment. She has provided Placement Services in both the Federal and Private sectors and understands the nuances of both, attributing much of her success to her strong ability to listen! Sarah positions herself as a partner when working with consultants and clients and takes on their goals and priorities as her own and provides objective advice and guidance through out the full cycle recruitment process. Sarah holds a degree from Carleton University in Psychology, and has spent most of her life in the Ottawa area. She has a keen understanding of the region and its needs. Sarah began her career as an Employment Counsellor and Educational Advocate. This work taught Sarah how to conduct consistent, efficient and accurate needs assessments with her clients as well as the ability to create and implement realistic and measurable action plans that yield desired results. Most recently, Sarah played a vital role as a Senior Consultant and Resourcing specialist with a rapidly growing consulting firm where she specialized in business development, staff augmentation, multi-role project staffing for both Federal Government and Private Sector clients and permanent internal hires.

Sarah Pike

She enjoys bringing dynamic individuals and teams together to respond to challenging client requirements and is adept at matching individual talent with business needs.
