Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Dyer worked as a landman and in-house attorney with major oil and gas land services, as well as with several advisory companies in Oklahoma City. While there, Mr. Dyer gained invaluable experience in the ares of title opinions and oil and gas law, in addition to working on legal teams, handling large energy acquisition and divestiture transactions.
