We have been making Cornish cider for the past 35 years as a result of a long term-project to reinstate apple growing to Cornwall... We are a small family run business that is passionate in producing a fine quality drink. Made with 100% apple juice. The apple juice is naturally fermented and matured on our farm in Mithian, St Agnes on the North coast of Cornwall. This process is done without the use of added preservatives... We produce a Traditional Cornish Still (medium/dry) and Cornish Sparkling which is sold in 500ml glass bottle.
