Beth Silver

Beth Silver has more than 20 years experience working to illuminate the benefits of Menorah Park's healthcare and senior living services for adults as they age, and more than a decade of experience focused on strategic analysis and product development. Among her focusses is creating strong brand awareness through strategic planning and initiatives that include an award-winning magazine with a circulation of more than 17,000. 2020 marks the third consecutive year of receiving the APEX Award. She is on the editorial board of Boomer Magazine, mentors young professionals on best practices in public relations and ethics, and is a longstanding member of the Council on Older Persons. She has also been a strong advocate for seniors at the state level co-authoring an article entitled "Advocacy Initiatives for Senior Service Providers." In addition to this article, she has written multiple articles focused on health care for research, trade and web-based publications, and has received awards for Excellence in Communications and Social Commitment.

Brenda Satterfield - CFO

Brenda Satterfield joined Menorah Park as its Chief Financial Officer in November, 2019. She is responsible for leading the overall financial strategy and direction within the framework of Menorah Park's core values with a strong emphasis on stewardship. Brenda guides the finance and information technology functions to pursue the organization's strong growth strategy and to meet our expectations of excellence. Some examples of her valuable areas of expertise include: financial strategic planning; evaluation of growth and expansion strategies; profitability and cost analysis, and systems and technology utilization. Prior to joining Menorah Park, Brenda was the CFO of Brookwood Management which designs, builds and manages Danbury Senior Living. She has served senior living sector for 22 years, as CFO for Altercare Health Systems, Kingston Healthcare, VP of Operations and CHI Living as CFO.

Brian Sokol - EVP

Brian Sokol joined the Menorah Park Foundation as Chief Development Officer in August 2021. He is responsible for leading overall development strategies and initiatives for our non-profit healthcare organization. Brian brings decades of both business development and fundraising experience to his role possessing key attributes that make him a valuable member of the executive team. He is an engaged leader in both the Jewish and general community; passionate about roles that ensure the welfare of our community. Brian was most recently Senior Development Officer at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU); known for leading multi-million dollar campaigns including raising $80 million for the CWRU Maltz Performing Arts Center. He has also held leadership roles at AIPAC (The American Israel Public Affairs Committee) and GOJO Industries, and is a graduate of The Ohio State University.

Diane Liliestedt

Diane Liliestedt joined our team during the winter months of 2021 assuming full responsibility as administrator in December. She brings more than 21 years of experience leading senior care communities. In fact, she is actually returning to the Menorah Park family with previous roles as marketing and admissions manager at Montefiore and as the first leader of The Weils. Her primary responsibility is in the operation of Menorah Park's 360-bed skilled nursing residence and rehabilitation center. She also oversees in-patient and outpatient rehabilitation, and the Peter B. Lewis Aquatic & Therapy Center. Diane is a graduate of Ursuline College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Long-Term Care Administration.

Dr. Jessica Coleman

Menorah Park welcomes Dr. Jessica Coleman, DO, CMD, as our new Vice President of Medical Affairs. Dr. Coleman comes from Summa Health where she served as Medical Director for the New Health Collaborative's Post-Acute Network. She also served as Medical Director for two post-acute facilities. She is board certified in both Family Medicine and Geriatrics in addition to being a Certified Medical Director. Dr. Coleman serves on the board as president-elect of the Ohio Society for Post-Acute and Long Term Care. Dr. Coleman is local to the northeast Ohio area and enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 small daughters.

Frankie Twymon

Frankie joined the Menorah Park team in May 2016, bringing 17 years of experience working with seniors in skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers and assisted and independent living environments. She began as Associate Administrator of Wiggins Place, transitioned to R.H. Myers Apartments, and ultimately returned to Wiggins Place as Administrator. Her dedication in serving our community is evidenced in her longstanding commitment toward excellence, helping people live empowered and inspired with opportunities presented within the Wiggins Place community. Frankie Twymon attended The University of Akron and graduated with a BA in Social Workand is licensed as a Social Worker through the State of Ohio. On December 2, 2019, Frankie earned the Ohio designation of Certified Executive for Assisted Living (CEAL) from the Ohio Healthcare Association.

Lori Lozier

Lori Lozier became the administrator of Montefiore in May, 2021 after assuming the role of acting administrator in November, 2020. She was promoted from the Menorah Park Associate Administrator, a role held since August of 2017. As an accomplished professional with 25 years of leadership experience in the field of healthcare administration, Lori remains focused on Excellence in Caring ® through strong interdisciplinary partnerships, integration and strategic planning. She joined Menorah Park after working for more than 20 years at University Hospitals (UH). During her time with UH, she opened and operated its subacute nursing home (Hanna House), oversaw geriatric services, an adult day program, and led the Palliative Care programs and Seasons of Life Hospice as administrator. Lori has participated in several leadership programs, and has earned several certifications including licensed nursing home, and hospice and palliative care administrator. She received her master's degree from Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) in Social Service Administration. She is also on the board of the Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging and is the chair of one of their subsidiary boards.

Megan Cisler

Megan Cisler, joined the Menorah Park community in 2015 as the associate administrator at The R.H. Myers apartments and transitioned to the role of administrator in 2017 ahead of her current position. With 10 years of leadership experience in memory care, assisted living, and independent living, she has outstanding knowledge in the field of gerontology, effectively supporting the needs of older adults as they age. Megan is dedicated to helping each individual she engages to live life to its fullest. Her skills include management and operations, memory care, behavioral health and senior advocacy. Megan has a Masters in Gerontological Studies from Miami University and a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Ohio Northern University. She has also earned the Ohio designation of Certified Executive for Assisted Living (CEAL) from the Ohio Healthcare Association.

Nancy Sutula

Nancy Sutula has worked in the healthcare field since she was 14, starting as a volunteer in a hospital based Sports Medicine Center. Her passion for working with the senior care population was ignited when she worked as a STNA while attending college. Nancy earned her B.S. in Gerontology from Bowling Green State University and M.B.A. in Healthcare Administration from Lake Erie College. She also attended the Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and became an Ohio Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Prior to joining the Menorah Park team, Nancy worked at Ohio Living Breckenridge Village and served as the Adult Day Center Manager, before becoming a Housing Administrator. Nancy joined Menorah Park in 2010 as the Administrator at Wiggins Place. She became the Vice President of Residential Services in 2018 and is responsible for operation of Independent Living, Assisted Living and Medical Transportation.

Nicole Gandee

Nicole joined the Menorah Park team in January, 2021 bringing 20+ years of experience as a strong leader in the fields of long term care, assisted and independent living, home health care and hospice. She is focused on ensuring a culture of excellence among her team and promoting best practices for resident centered programs. Her warmth, energy and team approach is appreciated by staff and residents alike. In her previous roles including that of McCrea Manor/Peregrine Health Services, she is credited for receiving perfect assisted living surveys and high ratings in quality measures. Her licensures and certifications include: Licensed Nursing Home Administrator; Certified Dementia Practitioner; Certified Executive in Assisted Living; Certified Executive in Home Care and Hospice, and as a Health Services Executive.

Regina Prosser

Regina Prosser joined Menorah Park in January, 2021 as associate administrator of Montefiore and continues in an expanded role. As vice president of clinical services, she will lead efforts in shaping the education and ongoing clinical instruction for our nursing teams throughout our organization. Dr. Prosser has an extensive history in the specialty of geriatrics and has served in various nurse leadership positions in healthcare. Dr. Prosser completed a PhD in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Wilkes University. She recently served as Associate Professor of Nursing for Ursuline College Breen School of Nursing. She is a TeamSTEPPS® Master Trainer, certified ANCC gerontological nurse, NLN certified nurse educator, certified director of nursing in long-term care, and licensed nursing home administrator. She is a published author and national speaker. Dr. Prosser is a past board member of the Ohio League for Nursing, with prior service on the Ohio Nurses Association Council on Practice.

Tamera Ellis

Tamera joined Menorah Park in 2000 developing a variety of skills and successfully climbing the career ladder. She began as the service coordinator with The R.H. Myers Apartments and next as a social worker supporting residents and families at Menorah Park's skilled nursing residence of the same name. Previous to her current role as administrator, she has served as associate administrator at R.H.Myers. Tamera received a BA from the University of Akron and a BA from Cleveland State University as well as a Masters Degree of Science and Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University. She has been a licensed social worker (LSW) in the State of Ohio since January, 2005.
