She then joined a state-owned healthcare investment platform in China where she led strategic projects in hospital portfolio management and oversaw the daily operations of a children's hospital as an Assistant General Manager. Immediately prior to joining Turner Impact Capital, Alice was an investment banking senior associate at CEC Capital where she worked on cross-border and healthcare M&A transactions. Audria Amirian

Bari Cooper Sherman - Chief Legal Officer, Founder

Bari Cooper Sherman is co-founder of Turner Impact Capital. As General Counsel, she oversees the day-to-day legal aspects of Turner Impact's business and strategic planning as well as all fund formations and investor partnerships and negotiations. Bari has been a practicing attorney since 1990. Bari was formerly the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Canyon Capital Realty Advisors (CCRA). As CCRA's first General Counsel, Bari built its in-house legal department. She was responsible for overseeing the legal aspects of its business as well as all fund formations, separate accounts and investor partnerships. While there, Bari was a member of the investment committee and executive committee. Bari serves on the board of New Los Angeles Charter School, a Los Angeles-based charter school operator serving TK-8th grade students. She also serves as the board chair of LCS Support Corporation, a corporation formed to support operational, facilities, and philanthropic needs of Larchmont Charter School, a Los Angeles-based charter school operator serving TK-12th grade students. Bob Flynn

Over the past two decades, Bobby Turner has established himself as a pioneer in the area of social impact investing. Since founding Turner Impact Capital in 2014, he has rapidly built one of the nation's largest social impact investment firms, with over $5 billion in investment potential to help address some of the country's most pervasive social issues with real estate solutions. As former Chairman, CEO and Co-Founding Partner of Canyon Capital Realty Advisors (CCRA), he oversaw a commercial real estate and mortgage asset portfolio totaling over $12 billion and was responsible for launching several groundbreaking funds that helped define the "triple bottom line" investment movement. In his years as a social impact innovator, Bobby has dedicated himself to providing sound financial returns for investors while fostering opportunities for the communities in which his funds invest. Brad Kettelle

As a Senior Construction Manager for Turner-Agassi Charter School Facilities Fund, Brad manages the construction management process of charter school projects in the Eastern regions. Brad works directly with the Regional Directors to identify sites for future schools, and acts as single point of contact for the Charter School Representative throughout design and construction and manages the Architect and General Contractor. Brad is a licensed general contractor and electrician with more than 35 years of field and business administration experience in the construction industry. Known for his strict adherence to maintaining project budges and schedules, Brad provides direction and technical oversight of complex, high profile construction jobs. Prior to Turner-Agassi, Brad was most recently Vice President and Senior Project Manager at Blackwell Construction where he built a portfolio of 50 charter schools in the state of California, 62 live/work condominium units; and numerous projects worth $15 million annually. Prior to Blackwell, he worked with Worldwide Projects Unlimited where he supervised construction of five new Gamework facilities in KY, MN, and WA.& FL. Brad attended Roger Williams College in Bristol, Rhode Island with Architecture curriculum.

Brock Miller

She has been a speaker at various multifamily housing events such as IREM, Apartment Associations, and the NAA Education Conference, and serves on an educational committee for a local apartment association and the Advisory Board for the industry's only Social Media Summit. Prior to CCRA, Dan held various leadership roles with publicly-traded real estate owners. Gary Rodney is a Managing Director of Turner Impact Capital's Multifamily Housing Initiatives. In this role, he helps to lead the firm's innovative strategy to acquire, preserve, develop, and enrich affordable workforce housing throughout the country. Gary brings more than 24 years of government, non-profit, and private-sector leadership in developing and financing housing for low- and moderate-income families. Previously he has served as Chairman of CREA, a national syndicator of low-income housing tax credits. In addition, as President of the New York City Housing Development Corporation from 2014 to 2016, he oversaw a large public agency that managed approximately $14 billion in assets, including a portfolio of 190,000 apartment units. Under his leadership, the agency provided $3.9 billion in financing that created or preserved nearly 27,000 units and became the primary financing source for New York's most ambitious affordable housing plan ever. Most recently, he served as a Managing Director at Tishman Speyer, where he launched the firm's first affordable housing platform. Gary received his B.A. from the University of Rochester and a Masters of Urban Planning from New York University's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. He is a current member of the Boards for the NYU Furman Center for Real Estate and Urban Policy and the Community Preservation Corporation.

Prior to his work at Hanger, John worked as Vice President of Real Estate for Cinemark International. Mr. Hathaway led the company's expansion into Latin America, Europe and Asia, identifying and executing free-standing and mall-based anchor tenant lease opportunities in 15 countries. Mr. Hathaway volunteers with the non-profit organization Children International and has assisted their efforts to build primary care clinics in Ecuador and Mexico. John is a graduate of Willamette University (B.A. in International Studies; minor in Spanish) and the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas in Austin (MBA).

Jonny Campbell

Justin Bianchi

Prior to Turner Impact Capital, Kate held management roles at several Los Angeles based real estate and private equity firms including Beach City Capital, CIM Group and Pacific Charter School Development, all focused on urban infill projects in across the US. Kate's experience includes development and construction management of healthcare facilities, mixed-use multi-family projects, office buildings, hotels, charter schools and traditional retail. She has led efforts including master planning, new construction, adaptive-reuse and historic preservation. Kate earned a B.S in Architecture form the University of Michigan, Taubman College of Architecture and Urban Planning and an MBA in Real Estate from the University of California Los Angeles, The Anderson School of Management. Kyle began his career working at ExED (Excellent Education Development), a non-profit organization that provides charter schools in California with consulting and business support services. Kyle developed 5 years of experience with ExED, eventually becoming an Accounting Manager, and served as an essential partner to the operations of charter schools by providing accounting, financial reporting, and payroll support. Kyle is a graduate of Pepperdine University (B.S., Business Administration).

Len Fromer

Len Fromer is responsible for the oversight and leadership of Turner Impact Capital's healthcare initiatives. He is a nationally recognized expert in the areas of Primary Care Practice redesign and transformation, quality improvement and outcomes measurement, vaccine compliance quality improvement and health system reform, and he served on the American Medical Association's commission on healthcare disparities. He was a practicing physician for over 28 years and previously served as the Executive Medical Director of the Group Practice Forum, where he led nationwide projects to coordinate care across a continuum of services including preventative, outpatient, inpatient acute hospital care, post-acute care, and palliative care. Len has lectured extensively on the topics of health-system reform, the patient centered medical home, and the accountable care organization and has been featured on CBS and ABC News, and in the NY Times. Len has served on numerous boards and advisory committees for, among others, the American Medical Association, U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, World Foundation for Studies of Female Health, American Academy of Family Physicians, and the Annenberg Center for Health Sciences. He received a B.A. from the State University of New York, an M.D. from State University of New York Downstate Medical Center and completed his residency in Family Medicine at UC Irvine/Long Beach Memorial Hospital.

Liat Bishko

Liat joined the organization following her work as a real estate consultant to KIPP Bay Area Schools, a Charter School Management Organization, where she advised on KIPP's Northern California facilities expansion strategy. She is currently a member of the advisory board of Aspire Public Schools, a high performing charter school system in California and Tennessee. Prior to her work with KIPP, Liat was a partner at a real estate investment firm focused on undervalued and distressed real estate opportunities and an Assistant Vice President at Avenue Capital Group, a global investment firm. While at Avenue, Liat managed the Firm's portfolio of residential and resort assets. In addition to overseeing the acquisition, operation and disposition of investments, Liat operated and implemented strategies to enhance the value of activist investments in distressed real estate and also oversaw the legal and construction compliance pertaining to individual investments. Liat is a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University (B.A. in English Literature; minor in Psychology) and received her law degree with honors from New York Law School (J.D.) where she was a member of the Law Review.

Lissa Glasgo

As Vice President, Head of Impact, Lissa Glasgo works across Turner Impact Capital's funds to drive actionable ESG and impact insights for investment decision-making across all funds. Lissa brings over 13 years of social and environmental impact management experience to Turner Impact Capital. Previously, Lissa led the development and evolution of the IRIS+ standards at the Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN), supporting asset allocators, fund managers, and service providers in adopting best practices for impact management. She began her career in impact program management and qualitative and quantitative research through roles at the Institute for Reproductive Health at Georgetown University, U.S. Peace Corps in Benin, and social enterprises focused on solar lighting and workforce development. Lissa is a graduate of Rice University (BA, English Literature) and Yale University (MA, Global Affairs, with a focus on social enterprise, quantitative research methodologies, and gender).

Logan Harper

At Pantheon he worked on infrastructure and real assets investments. Before Pantheon, Logan was an investment banking analyst within the Mergers & Acquisitions team at Citigroup. Logan is a graduate of Cornell University with a BS specializing in Finance from the Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management along with a minor in Sustainable Energy Systems from the College of Engineering.

Lorens Aronson

As Vice President of Finance, Lorens is responsible for all accounting and tax matters, financial reporting, internal controls and treasury functions for all of Turner Impact Capital's various funds. Prior to joining Turner Impact Capital, Lorens was the CFO of Cove Capital Investments, where he had responsibility for oversight over all financial and investor reporting; property acquisition; and asset management functions. Lorens also spearheaded the buildout of the accounting and investor relations departments at Cove Capital Investments. Prior to joining Cove Capital Investments, Lorens spent three years working in J.P. Morgan's Real Estate Americas platform overseeing the reporting and management of a large portfolio of commercial buildings. During his tenure at J.P. Morgan Lorens oversaw a team of accountants and property managers and served as a bridge between the finance, asset management, and acquisitions teams. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Lorens worked as an Accounting Manager at Colony Capital and a Senior Accountant at Mesa West Capital. Lorens has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance from California State University Northridge and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Lynne Lovasco

Lynne Lovasco is responsible for the overview of fund level returns, capital contributions, fund distributions as well as overseeing quarterly investor reporting. Previously, Lynne was with Canyon Capital Realty Advisors LLC (CCRA), as a Fund Accountant and Investor Liaison. Prior to joining CCRA, Lynne served as an Assistant General Manager and Property Accountant for Center Trust, a publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT), overseeing a 1.1 million square foot retail center. Lynne has a long history with affordable housing: she began her career at Skid Row Housing Trust, a non-profit corporation specializing in the construction and redevelopment of Section 8 housing in downtown Los Angeles. Lynne is a graduate of Woodbury University (BBA, Management, summa cum laude).

Maria Balaeskoul is an Associate for the Turner Healthcare Facilities Fund, focused on supporting the underwriting, due diligence, negotiation and execution of investment opportunities and management of portfolio assets. Prior to joining Turner Impact Capital, Maria was an Investment Banking Analyst at Barclays in the Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging Group, where she was responsible for performing valuation analyses for various transaction types, including mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets transactions. Maria is a graduate of Yale University with a B.A. in Global Affairs.

Marina Hrosz

Marina Hrosz is an Associate supporting the underwriting, due diligence, negotiation and execution of investment opportunities and management of portfolio assets for the Turner Healthcare Facilities Fund. Prior to joining Turner Impact Capital, Marina was an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America in their Financial Sponsors Group, where she was responsible for providing analysis on M&A, debt and equity transactions. Marina is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A in Finance and a B.S. in Applied and Computational Mathematics and Statistics.

Marshundria Deamon

Marshundria is the Vice President of Accounting for TI Communities, and leads the Accounting team with humility and a fierce commitment to superiority and precision. With 10 years of property management accounting experience, Marshundria is responsible for all accounting and tax matters, financial reporting, internal controls and functions for all of TI Communities properties and operations.

Michelle Felman

Michelle Felman serves as a Senior Advisor to Turner Impact Capital and as a member of the investment committee for the Turner Healthcare Facilities Funds. Michelle began her career at Morgan Stanley in the Investment Banking Division. She later joined GE Capital as a Managing Director of Business Development, where she was responsible for the acquisition of real estate and non- performing loans from the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC), banks and insurance companies in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and France. From 1997-2010, Michelle served as the Executive Vice President - Co-Head of Acquisitions and Capital Markets for Vornado Realty Trust (VNO:NYSE), where she oversaw the firm's asset and corporate acquisition activity and mezzanine debt activity. She remained a consultant to VNO through December 2012, where she served as a board member of LNR, the largest special servicer in the United States until the company was sold to Starwood Capital in April 2013. Michelle received her B.A. from The University of California, Berkeley with highest honors and her M.B.A. from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania. She serves on the Executive Committee of The Zell-Lurie Center at the University of Pennsylvania. She recently completed her term as a Trustee of The Partners Group (PGHN: SIX), a global private equity firm with $90B assets under management, where she served as Chair of the Investment Oversight Committee as well as a member of both the Audit Committee and the Compensation and Governance Committee. Michelle is also on the Board of Directors of Cumming Corporation, a global project management company with 30 offices worldwide and Reonomy, a real estate technology company. She was a member of the board of SVAC, a Starboard Value sponsored SPAC prior to its merger with Cyxtera and is now a member of the Cyxtera board (CYXT:NASDAQ).

Paul Dooley

Paul manages the construction of charter schools and healthcare projects in the Southwest region. Paul brings nearly 35 years of housing and commercial development experience to Turner. Most recently, he was Director of Facilities for High Tech High in San Diego, where he oversaw its expansion from six schools on one campus to sixteen schools on four campuses, over a twelve-year period. Paul is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo (Architecture, BArch).

Ramiro Viramontes

Ramiro Viramontes is the President of Construction Services of Turner Impact Capital. Ramiro brings over 32 years of corporate experience in construction management, facility operations, and property management. Ramiro is responsible for all construction projects for funds managed by Turner Impact Capital, including design development, green building sustainability, pre-construction and construction management. He has been involved in the development of 129 charter schools and community servicing healthcare clinics across the country. Before joining Turner, Ramiro worked in a similar capacity for Canyon Capital Realty Advisors (CCRA) where he oversaw charter school construction. Prior to CCRA, Ramiro was a Vice President of Construction Services at Pacific Charter School Development where he oversaw the portfolio of facility development projects for Aspire Public Schools, and other Charter School Management Organizations. In his spare time, Ramiro has served on several boards and committees for schools in California and New York. He is a member of the United States Green Building Council and Harvard's Environmental Club.

Randy Slaughter

Randy Slaughter is Senior Vice President of Operations, Safety & Security at Turner Impact Capital. He is responsible for all aspects of security related to properties in the Turner Multifamily Impact Fund and Turner-Agassi Charter School Facilities Fund portfolios. He supports the team by identifying, quantifying and mitigating risk at each property, and develops innovative methods to promote safe environments through the use of community-centered approaches to security, local partnerships and advanced technology. Randy is a national leader who has applied best practices in law enforcement by integrating security programs for a variety of real estate asset classes. For the past 12 years, he provided consultative, investigative and protective services to Canyon Partners and its international portfolio. During his 20-year law enforcement career, Randy was a Task Force Officer with the DEA and served a leading police department in Southern California as a detective, SWAT team member, gang liaison officer and other roles. He started his career as a member of the Military Police of the United States Marine Corps. He holds undergraduate and master's degrees from California State University, Long Beach.

Roshan Sonthalia - Chief Legal Officer, Managing Director

As Managing Director and Senior Counsel of Turner Impact Capital, Roshan Sonthalia works across Turner Impact Capital's various funds focusing on investor relations, acquisitions and asset management. Roshan brings over 13 years of real estate industry experience to Turner Impact Capital. Previously, Roshan was counsel at Canyon Capital Realty Advisors LLC, working across their various real estate funds to coordinate matters related to investors, originations, acquisitions and asset management. He began his legal career as a real estate attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in their real estate practice in Los Angeles, working on a broad range of transactional matters with clients that included private equity funds, developers, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, borrowers and lenders. Roshan is a graduate of UCLA (B.A., Economics and History, J.D., and M.B.A).

Scott Relf

As Controller, Scott is responsible for all accounting and tax matters, financial reporting, internal controls and treasury functions for all of Turner Impact Capital's various funds. Prior to joining Turner Impact Capital, Scott spent three years working in Deloitte's Audit practice where he coordinated and executed financial statement audits for both public and private financial services clients. Scott's audit focus consisted of hedge funds, mutual funds, private equity funds, broker dealer entities, and pension plans. Scott has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Finance from Loyola Marymount University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Spencer Schaaf

As Assistant Controller, Spencer Schaaf is responsible for managing the accounting, reporting, and capital planning objectives across all of Turner Impact Capital's various funds. Prior to joining Turner Impact Capital, Spencer was a Tax Manager at CohnReznick LLP and was a member of the financial services & commercial real estate teams. During his tenure, Spencer was responsible for overseeing compliance, analyzing financials, and advising clients in matters related to tax and GAAP accounting. Spencer has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy from California State University Northridge and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Thomas Isabel

Thomas Isabel is an Associate Director at Turner Impact Capital focused on its Multifamily Housing Initiatives and is responsible for acquisitions underwriting, transaction due diligence, and management of portfolio assets. Prior to joining Turner Impact Capital, Thomas was an Investment Associate for Greystar Real Estate Partners, a fully integrated multifamily real estate company offering expertise in investment management, development and property management of rental housing properties globally. Prior to Greystar, Thomas was an Analyst at Hodes Weill & Associates where he focused on Investment Banking and Strategic Advisory engagements for real estate private equity funds. Thomas received a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Investments and Corporate Finance from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill along with a minor in German.

Tisa Goehner - CMO

Tisa acts as the graphic designer for TI Communities and plays a vital role in all marketing, earning her the title "Art Official Intelligence". Her keen eye, superior work ethic, and attention to detail make her an exceptional addition to the team. Prior to joining Turner Impact, Ms. Goehner was a Showroom Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO at jenny chase inc. showroom where she maintained over 250 active international and domestic accounts. Ms. Goehner is involved in her community, and volunteers at the VA Center every Thanksgiving. She graduated from Washington State University (B.A., Marketing).

Tom Bilinski

Tom Bilinski manages the construction of charter school projects in the Northwest and Southwest regions. Tom has been in the commercial construction industry for 29 years and has been a General Contractor for the past 20 years in the State of California. Tom's knowledge of commercial construction, public assemblies and data infrastructure has enabled him to implement cost-effective building methods for charter schools. Tom started working in music and movie production studio facilities and progressed into the ground-up construction and refurbishment of commercial buildings. Prior to joining the Turner-Agassi team, Tom, was a Consultant to General Contractors in the State of California working on custom homes, public assemblies, commercial properties and charter schools. He has been involved in the construction of 9 charter school facilities over the past 3 years, including gymnasium and performing arts centers. His knowledge of commercial construction, public assemblies and data infrastructure has enabled him to implement cost-effective building methods for charter schools.

Tommy Frettoloso
