With his multifaceted talents and a passion for value-based education, he has become one of the most respected figures in the field of education in India.
Aqueel's contributions to the field of education have been recognized at various levels. He was awarded the prestigious Chevening Scholarship by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office of the British Government, where he studied Governance and Public Policy at the world number one ranked Institute of Development Studies at the University of Sussex in 2018-19. His work and achievements continue to inspire generations of students and educators, and his legacy is a testament to the transformative power of education.
Aqueel Khan's journey towards becoming a leader in the field of education started early in his life. He completed his schooling at Saint Xavier Jaipur and went on to pursue his higher education at the Delhi University in Political Science & International Relations. He then joined the Civil Services as an officer of Rajasthan Administrative Services and worked in various key positions in the Government of India and Government of Rajasthan, including as an Executive Magistrate and a Sub-Divisional Magistrate in two of the most backward rural sub-divisions of the country.
Aqueel's rich work experience and insights into public policy have made him a sought-after expert in the field of development & public policy. He has worked as Assistant Private Secretary to the Minister in several key Ministries in the Government of India, including the Ministry of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, and the Railways Ministry.
He has also represented India at various international forums. He presented country paper on Governance in Micro Credit Delivery System for Rural Development in Bangladesh. He also participated in the Quadrennial Comprehensive Policy Review (QCPR) training series by United Nations Institute for Training & Research (UNITAR) at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.
Aqueel's deep commitment to public service and his passion for education led him to establish WeCan in 2003 with a handful of his students. He has been a source of inspiration and guidance for the entire WeCan community, and his vision and ethics have helped shape the institution into what it is today. His dedication to promoting value-based education and his focus on the holistic development of students has made WeCan one of the most respected schools in India.

Grazi is a Brazilian Educational Projects professional with a demonstrated experience of working in the non-profit organization industry. Skilled in Teaching, Project Planning, Pedagogical Planning and Foreign Language. Graduated in Administration from Mackenzie University in Sao Paulo and post-graduated in Educational Innovation Centre Management from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. She worked for WeCan Society in 2014.

Mr. Mohammed Hanif is former District Judge and a member of Rajasthan Backward Classes Commission. He has been a notable public servant, philanthropist and a social worker. His contribution to the WeCan World fraternity has been invaluable.
In a career spanning over two and half decades teaching political science, governance, development and public policy, Dr. Ashwani Kumar has the privilege of engaging with students, academicians, diplomats, parliamentarians, development professionals, multilateral agencies and governments, across countries (UK, Germany, Korea, China, South Africa, USA) and at various levels.

She completed her PhD in Zoology from VPCI, Delhi University. She did research in neuroscience for six years at Albert Einstein college of medicine, NYC. Now she is an Agile coach for Capital One, a leading bank in the US. Ranju is very passionate about teaching and coaching.
