Alex Glen-Holmes

Alex comes to UTP with over 15 years real estate experience. Alex has a very strong customer service focus and delivers the qualifications in an easy to understand, relatable manner. Having invested many hours in studying to improve her knowledge of the industry and having a lucrative career in Real Estate she has now turned her attention to training face to face to meet the shortfalls in the industry and assisting up and coming agents to achieve their best whilst offering up to date skills and service to their clients.

Charles Silvestro

Charles has more than 30 years experience in the Real Estate industry from an IT perspective, having been a consultant to the EAC and dozens of agents over the years, assisting them to establish and grow their business from the ground up. As a working partner in a busy agency, Charles is able to keep up with the latest ideas and changes in the industry, bringing fresh knowledge and experience to the team at UTP. Charles specialises in delivering training through livestream sessions but is also happy to travel to see his clients.

Jo Doyle

Jo is the backbone of UTP who has been with us since 2012. Jo is in charge of organising our training sessions, trainers, training material and clients which she does flawlessly. Jo has completed her Certificate IV in Business and with her existing knowledge brings an all-important presence to our office. Jo has a great sense of humour and a personality that everyone seems to love, so give Jo a call to arrange your next training.

Lee Manning

A relatively new addition to the UTP team, Lee has lived on the beautiful NSW South Coast for 26 years and has a well deserved reputation as a successful real estate agent, business owner, and now Trainer. She is a natural and warm communicator and a passionate advocate for living your best life. She brings with her a wealth of not only real estate, but also life and business knowledge. Lee offers either face to face or livestream training, and her student feedback shows that her learners love the style, experience & knowledge she brings to the table.

Linda Keeley

Linda is the front of UTP. Having started her career in real estate early in life, Linda has been a salesperson, property manager, Licensee in charge and Director giving her a lifetime of knowledge and experience with a passion for passing this on to others. This also provides for great examples used in her classroom sessions for which Linda is well known for. Linda has a great rapport with all our clients due to her beautiful personality and great sense of humour. Spending most of her time on the road travelling to clients to deliver training, Linda has seen most of the state, however, since the pandemic, Linda has started to embrace the delivery of classroom sessions via livestream. Although this delivery method is now common, Linda still enjoys travelling to see clients in their agency.

Peter Hogan

Peter Hogan is a seasoned business trainer with over 40 years of experience managing, supporting, and mentoring, businesses owners and their teams. He is a licensed Real Estate Agent, Stock and Station Agent, and Auctioneer, and also holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Peter knows that the centre of any business is its team, and he has extensive experience in helping businesses develop their teams to reach their full potential. Prue Oldmeadow

Prue comes to UTP with over 25 years real estate experience and has been training real estate for the past 16 years. Prue especially loves delivering the certificate of registration course to those coming into the industry as she believes her own experiences can open the door to the industry for her students. Prue has a kind and caring nature which is reflected in the positive feedback received from all her students. Prue provides training via both face to face and livestream sessions.

Vanessa Keeley

Vanessa is "behind the scenes" of UTP. She is in charge of compliance and the operations of the company. Vanessa has been with UTP from day 1 and enjoys being involved in such a friendly organisation.
