Alicia joined Wall Titus, LLC as a partner in 2017 after serving as a senior manager for a national CPA firm. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Alicia has more than 10 years of experience working with clients in a range of industries that include staffing and healthcare, manufacturing and distribution, real estate, agriculture and financial services. She focuses on strategic tax planning, research and compliance related services for corporations, partnerships and individuals. Alicia regularly consults with businesses and owners, including consolidated groups and S-Corporations.
Alicia graduated from Florida Southern College with a bachelor's degree in accounting. She has served on various not-for-profit boards and is a graduate of Leadership Lakeland.
Angela Hall joined Wall Titus in 2007, and is the Tax Processor for the firm. In addition to tax processing, she also offers administrative support to the partners and accounting professionals.
Angela was born in Tampa, but later moved to Tennessee where she completed high school and attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Angela and her son reside in Plant City, where she is an active member of her church.
Brock was born and raised in Lakeland and graduated from George Jenkins High School. After graduating high school, Brock went on to join the United States Air Force and served our country for four years as an Electronic Warfare Technician while stationed at Cannon Airforce Base in Clovis, New Mexico. While serving, he also volunteered as a Firefighter. Post military, he studied at West Virginia State University and graduated with a Bachelors in Accounting with a specialty in Forensic Accounting. In his spare time, he enjoys Olympic Weightlifting and trail challenges, specifically Tough Mudder competitions.

Brooke was born and raised in Lakeland. She graduated from Lakeland Christian School and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Event Management from the University of Florida, Go Gators! Brooke joined Wall Titus in April of 2022. When she is not working, she enjoys going to the beach, baking, and spending time with her family and friends.
Elizabeth joined Wall Titus in 2016. She interacts daily with the tax clients and processes the billing. She also offers administrative support to the partners and accounting professionals.

Lee Wall is the founding partner of Wall Titus, LLC. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), a designation recognized by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). In addition, Lee is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Investment Advisor.
Lee manages the financial planning and wealth management operations of the firm. Lee has extensive experience assisting individuals and businesses with their long-term strategic tax, financial, retirement, estate and investment planning needs, using a systematic approach. His experience with closely held businesses crosses a wide range of industries and professions including construction, manufacturing and distribution, automobile, transportation, and a variety of personal service and retail businesses.
Before founding the firm in 1986, Lee worked for a large local CPA firm and a publicly traded manufacturing company. He graduated from Florida Southern College where he also served as an adjunct professor.
Lee served as a board member of several non-profit organizations. He is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Board of Certified Financial Planners

Ira came to Lakeland in 1981 to attend Florida Southern College, graduating in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Upon graduation, he remained in Lakeland, working first in private industry for a long distance telephone carrier in 1986 and then joining a local CPA firm in 1987. He has spent the last 30 years working for local or national CPA firms overseeing their audit practices, serving companies in numerous industries, such as construction, real estate, manufacturing and distribution, and agriculture, with various complex accounting and auditing issues.
Ira is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is also Certified in Florida Sales and Use Tax (CFST) in the State of Florida. He has served on many not-for-profit boards, including Lakeland City Baseball, The Polk Museum of Art, The Polk Theatre, Girls, Inc., and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Polk County. He's a Past Chairman of the Lakeland Economic Development Council and a graduate of Leadership Lakeland Class XII. Ira's married to Alisa and has three children, Ian, Ava, and Asher. When he's not working, you will find him at a local sports field coaching or supporting his children.
Lauren graduated from the University of South Florida with a bachelor's degree in accounting. She is a certified public accountant with over ten years' experience in both public and private accounting. Lauren specializes in individual, business, fiduciary and non-profit tax preparation and planning. She is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has served her community as a member of the Board of Directors for several non-profit organizations. Lauren is a native of central Florida and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends.
Natalia Byers is a proud resident of Polk County, has lived in Lakeland, Florida her whole life. She is a graduate of Polk State Collegiate High School. She is currently enrolled online at Santa Fe College in Gainesville, Florida. During her spare time Natalia enjoys traveling as much as possible, spending time with friends and family, and being a dog mom to her Pitbull Kobi.

Priscilla Boren joined Wall Titus in 1995 and works on all tax entities including personal business, trusts, estates, family partnerships and business partnerships. She is experienced in tax planning, research and preparation, compilations, reviews and audits.
Priscilla is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She received her B.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida and her Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Florida Southern College. Additionally, she is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Priscilla served as a board member and treasurer for a non profit organization in Bartow. She is also an alumni member of Leadership Bartow, a two year leadership program through the Greater Bartow Chamber of Commerce. Priscilla and her husband Drew have one son.
Riley J West was born and raised in Tampa but, has called Lakeland home since 2007, the same year he graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Finance from University of South Florida. Riley brings over fifteen years of small business bookkeeping and accounting experience including payroll as well as federal and state compliance reporting with him. He has since earned his QuickBooks Software User Certification in 2012. With that, Riley demonstrates professional-level working knowledge of the software enabling him to provide powerful guidance and training in the application of the software to specific client needs.

Bob Titus is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) involved in the tax planning and compliance operations of the firm. Bob has over 35 years of experience in many areas of taxation including personal (individual and family issues), corporate, partnership, trust, estate and gift, employee benefit/retirement plans, mergers and acquisitions, and succession planning. He has a long history of working with closely held or family businesses in industries such as construction, citrus and cattle, healthcare, manufacturing, chemical, real estate, engineering, and communications, as well as a variety of personal service, retail and wholesale businesses. Bob graduated in 1978 from Florida Southern College and began his career with a regional accounting firm. He then moved to Lakeland to take a position with a large local firm, where he progressed to tax manager before leaving to start his own accounting firm in 1989. In 1999, Bob merged his practice into Wall Titus. He is a past president of the Sertoma Club and has served on various local non profit agency boards. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Sam joined Wall Titus in 2023 and has over ten years of experience in public accounting. His experience includes individual, business, and fiduciary tax preparation and planning with a specialization in gift, trust, and estate tax.
Sam is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and he graduated from Florida Southern College with a bachelor's degree in accounting. He is a past president of the Estate Planning Council of Polk County and is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Sam is a native of Polk County and currently resides in Lakeland with his wife and daughter. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing golf and fishing.

Susan J. DeCourcy, administrative coordinator, has been an associate of Wall Titus, LLC since 2008. She came to Wall Titus with 27 years of experience working with public accounting firms. Susan initiates and organizes clients' projects to distribute to the associates. She provides numerous administrative services for the tax clients as well as delivering daily support for the associates and tax department.
Susan, a native of Maine, relocated to Florida in 1971 and is a graduate of Polk State College. She has a broad base of experience covering a full spectrum of accounting and administrative support including executive support, billing, customer care, payroll administration and employee benefits. She is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Training Course and has been a Class Assistant to members and instructors. Susan has been involved in many activities over the years through various civic and fraternal organizations in the Lakeland community.

Wendy graduated from University of South Florida with a bachelor's degree in accounting. She is a certified public accountant and has 20 plus years of financial accounting experience in both private and public business sectors. She works on all tax entities, including corporate, partnerships, trusts, and personal.
Wendy served as CFO and eventually a shareholder for an engineering firm for 12 years and assisted in its successful sale. Prior to serving as a CFO, she served as corporate controller for a national public engineering/construction firm. In addition, Wendy served as a finance director in the medical industry. She has a well-established record of increasing profit, reducing debt, and reducing risk exposure, and developing financial and cash flow forecast models in the construction, engineering, and medical industries.
Wendy is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She served as treasurer of the Board of Trustees for of the Polk Museum of Art and is now serving on the Board of Governors.
