Alice Mugeridge

Alice is a registered veterinary nurse who qualified in 2021. She is based at the Lordswood surgery but often work at High Halstow too. Alice enjoys expanding her skills to help care for people's pets alongside the amazing team we have at warren house. She has 3 cats who always keep her busy at home.

Amanda Edwards

Amanda joined the Warren House Group in 2022 after spending many years supporting and mentoring within the Learning & Development Industry.  With a keen interest in Management, she now leads our front of house team across the Lordswood and Rochester Branches and loves to be part of a supportive and dedicated team.     Outside of work Amanda enjoys spending time with her 3 dogs Denzel, Buster and Betty. 

Annie Sampson

Annie joined Warren House in 2021. She qualified in 2018 after completing her studies at the Royal Veterinary College. You may see Annie at any of our surgeries, but she mainly splits her time between High Halstow and Lordswood. Annie has an enthusiasm for outdoor activities and sports, as well as creative writing and art.

Briony Bolton Nurse

Briony qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2014 after completing her training at Canterbury College. She has been working with the team at Warren House since 2007. Briony thoroughly enjoys her job, especially working with a fantastic team of vets, nurses, and receptionists.

Camilla Hilland-Lamprell

Camilla joined Warren House in 2020. Growing up in Norway, Camilla completed her veterinary degree at Szent Istvan University in Budapest in 2012. Camilla has been working in the UK since 2013 and has a particular interest in surgery and feline medicine. Camilla is currently working towards a post-graduate certificate in small animal surgery. Self-declared as a crazy cat lady, she is the owner of three cats, Milli, Dennis and Hamish. Camilla enjoys spending time with her husband, travelling, winter sports and long-distance running outside of work.

Chantel Walsh

Chantel joined the team in 2022 and she says that she enjoys her job more and more everyday. Chantel enjoys making bonds with the new animals and their owners. In her spare time she likes to spend time with friends and family and taking her dogs Ralph and Buster for walks. Chantel also has a pet chameleon called Rango who is a grumpy boy.

Chloe Webber

I started my veterinary career in 2015 in east London, from there I trained in a practice in Sidcup to become a registered veterinary nurse. I qualified in early 2023 and joined Warren house later that year. During this time, I have really enjoyed caring for a wide range of patients and learning my trade to become a better nurse. I have interests in exotic pets, theatre nursing, in-house patient care and I really enjoy working with small dogs and rabbits.

Chloe Willoughby

Chloe joined the Warren House group as a Client Care Assistant in January 2023. Chloe is absolutely loving the role and meeting all the wonderful animals. Having worked for a bank for five years Chloe then took two years out to enjoy being mum to my two lovely children and my Husky Blue. In her spare time Chloe loves spending time with her family, taking trips to the beach or long walks in the woods.

Emma Cooper

Emma is our nurse branch manager and Registered Veterinary Nurse at our Lordswood surgery. She is also a clinical coach who supports and trains our student veterinary nurses. Emma qualified in 2003 after completing her training at the Royal Veterinary College. She has been working for Warren House since 2009 and is now based at the Lordswood Surgery. Emma has a keen interest in nursing inpatients and assisting in orthopaedic surgery. Emma has spent time working in emergency out of hours clinics. Emma has two dogs called Betsy and Boris.

Gemma Blackmur

Gemma completed her veterinary degree at Edinburgh University in 2013 and started at Warren House in 2019. She is based at our Walderslade and Lordswood surgeries and Gemma also helps at Bredhurst Cat Adoption Centre. She has a keen interest in soft tissue surgery. In her spare time, Gemma loves to horse ride and often spends her weekends show jumping. She also enjoys spending time with her rescue cats, Tilly and Simba.

Gemma Vanns Nurse

Gemma is our branch manager and Registered Veterinary Nurse at our Rochester Surgery. She qualified from The Royal Veterinary College in 2007 and has been working at Warren House since 2014. Gemma is also a clinical coach who trains and supports our student veterinary nurses. Although Gemma spends more time office based now, she will always steal a cuddle from any Dalmatian that comes in and with over 15 years of experience in the veterinary field, she finds it hard to resist helping the team in any way she can. In her spare time Gemma enjoys going on walks with her family.

Hannah Gapp

Hannah qualified in 2013 after completing her training at Canterbury College. She returned to Warren House in 2018 and is based at the Rochester branch. Hannah has a keen interest in exotic species and particularly enjoys looking after guinea pigs and other small pets. In her spare time Hannah enjoys going on adventures in her campervan with her dog Stanley.

Holly Edwards

Holly has been working at Warren House since 2021 and is currently in her last year of her veterinary nursing training and really enjoys all aspects of nursing. She also enjoys swimming and long walks with her dogs outside of work.

I qualified as an RVN in 2021 from the City and Islington College and joined Warren House in 2023. I have a particular interest in nutrition and feline nursing. I have three cats at home and a horse I enjoy riding in my spare time.

Irini Christodoulou

In 2001, Irini completed her doctorate in veterinary medicine at the veterinary School of Thessaloniki in Greece. Originally from Cyprus, Irini, moved to England in 2004. Irini started at Warren House in 2007 and is based at our Lordswood surgery. Irini always wanted to be a vet and still enjoys her job every single day. In her spare time Irini enjoys oil painting and spending time with her family.

Isabel Farrer

Isabel has been working at Warren House since 1993 and really enjoys all aspects of nursing and loves being part of the Rochester team where she is based. Isabel trained at the Royal Veterinary College and qualified in 1998. In her spare time Isabel enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Jacqueline Thompson

Jacqueline or Jacqui as she likes to be known, started at Warren House in 2008 and became a qualified Veterinary Nurse in 2012 after attending Hadlow and Canterbury Colleges. Jacqui is based at the Walderslade branch where she really enjoys seeing all the lovely relationships clients have with their pets. At home Jacqui has an elderly Dalmatian cross called Milo, Sgt Pepper (a cat that thinks he's a dog) and two Hermann's tortoises.

Jay Higerty

Group Practice Manager

Jay has worked in the veterinary industry since 1993 and originally joined Warren House in 2010 as a Registered Veterinary Nurse. In 2015 Jay became a branch manager based at Rochester Surgery and then stepped up to be the group practice manager in 2017. She is now responsible for the running of all four surgeries and although she is mainly office based now, Jay still loves to do a little nursing when she can. Outside of work hours, Jay enjoys watching motorbike racing as well as putting on her orange overalls to be a racetrack marshal too.

Katana Higerty

Katana started working at Warren House in 2018 and works across all four sites regularly. Katana loves working as a receptionist and meeting all of your pets so she can give them lots of fuss and cuddles. In her spare time Katana enjoys long walks at the beach with her three dogs and then coming home to keep up with her naughty cat Neville.

Katie joined the Warren House Veterinary Group in 2021 as Client Care Assistant. I love animals and working for Warren House everyday it is a pleasure to meet so many different characters, both animal and human. Away from work Katie has a little Yorkshire terrier called Belle and she loves spending time with her, as well as with friends and family.
