Amanda seamlessly combines her love for movement with her creative flair, using her expertise to inspire and connect with others on the path to wellness.

Chloe Hurt

Chloe is a compassionate Pilates instructor who has also honed her skills under the expertise of Pilates Artistry. With a heart dedicated to caring for others, Chloe extends her passion for well-being beyond the Pilates studio. Currently pursuing her education to become a Physical Therapy Assistant, she seamlessly combines her love for movement with a commitment to therapeutic care. Gary Bruchman

Gary is a hands-on PTA with a Physical Education background. A 2018 graduate of Gateway Technical College in Kenosha, Wisconsin. He creates personalized treatment plans for all of his clients to obtain the best possible outcomes for their physical well-being. Gary is known to use humor to keep his patients smiling and working hard to rehabilitate. He works with student-athletes as well as senior citizens. Gary is an avid collector of 80s and 90s toys in his free time.

Jen Carpenter

Jen Carpenter has been practicing as a PTA since 2005. Born and raised in Illinois; she graduated from the PTA program at Oakton Community College in Des Plaines. Her training, skills, clinical, and personal experiences excel in working with those living with chronic conditions and pain, spinal dysfunction, traumatic injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, foot and ankle dysfunction, athletes, movement, and neurological disorders, in addition to her added knowledge of men's and women's health challenges, and working with breast cancer patients. The basis of her wellness management is rooted in "Functional Applied Science" utilizing the methods of The Gray Institute with Triplanar movement, stretching, stabilization, and a variety of manual therapy techniques including specialized joint and soft tissue mobilization and stimulation, taping, and muscle energy techniques. She spends her free time on adventures with her kids, dear friends, and her big Italian and Irish family.

Karina Cromack

Karina provides a relaxing massage, specializing in deep tissue techniques. She has experience working with athletes, those with chronic muscle tension, and clients post surgery. She is able to easily find the areas on the body that are causing muscle tension and stiffness for her clients. As a certified personal trainer, Karina incorporates stretching techniques and likes to educate her clients with tips to prevent additional muscle tension over time. She is a graduate of College of Lake County's massage therapy program. Karina likes to focus on a therapeutic approach and treatment plan to meet the individual needs of each client.

Kasia Brzychcy

Kasia is an experienced Power Pilates certified fitness instructor. Kasia is originally from Poland. She enjoys long walks and spending time with her son. She is dedicated to fitness and works with her clients to help them improve their quality of life through Pilates. Kasia has years of experience assisting clients with strength and conditioning, injury prevention and healing as well as weight loss. Pilates has always been her passion. She teaches clients both one-on-one and in small semi-private sessions on the Reformer, Cadillac Chair and the mat.

Sarah Trent

Sarah has a varied background in sports medicine, nutrition, personal training and physical therapy. Sarah attended Central Michigan University and Baker College. She has been in the field for about 18 years and truly enjoys her job. Sarah is a manual-based PTA that uses dynamic and static cupping, IASTM, various KT taping techniques, TPR, myofascial release, and muscle energy techniques. She has been a patient herself, thus empathizing with her patients and trying to listen carefully to mold a therapy program around daily changes.

Tina Rockelmann Ashbeck

After working in a clinical physical therapy environment for several years, Tina started Wellness Solutions in 2006 to offer patients a higher level of hands-on, personal care and alternative therapies that would complement traditional medicine. She has worked with more than 1,500 patients for 19 years and logged 24,000 hours of therapy throughout her career. Tina's therapy treatment plans emphasize a practical and functional approach to rehabilitation. Tina is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and has a degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Illinois - Chicago. She specializes in John Barnes method of Myofascial Release, Balanced Body Pilates and Core Align, and Muscle Energy Technique for the spine and has extensive experience using Pilates as a therapeutic exercise in rehabilitation.
