WET MOUNTAIN SANGHA

Wet Mountain Sangha is a Zen community offering silent meditation practice dedicated to the path of awakening. While Zen meditation is very much an individual undertaking, we believe it can be more powerful practiced in community that offers support. We are open to practitioners of all Buddhist and other Wisdom traditions. We honor inclusivity and respect the inherent basic goodness of all people. We support beginning as well as experienced meditation practitioners who want to explore their path of meditation, study and contemplation of Buddhist teachings (Dharma). We dedicate our efforts toward compassionate awakening and social justice. We look forward to your visit and joining us in meditation practice.
