Yakitori, grilled chicken, is a Japanese type of skewered chicken. It is made from several bite-sized pieces of chicken meat, or chicken offal, skewered on a bamboo skewer and barbecued, over charcoal. The chicken we use is free range and organic... So, why 39? In Japanese, 39 is pronounced "san kyu", which is the way Japanese say "thank you", and we would like to thank you, the customer, for trying our new and innovative Japanese cuisine.
