YOGADAWN

Yoga is an ancient system that was developed to achieve health and inner peace. It dates back to India 5,000 years BC with texts found dating back to 3,000 years BC. The world yoga means union, in this case the union of mind and body. Yoga is an accessible way to reconnect with yourself by balancing the body, mind and spirit and an enjoyable beginning to self realisation. One of the most difficult, but ultimately most liberating things about yoga is letting go of the ego and accepting that noone is better than anyone else... I can offer yoga and art sessions to schools, nurseries, community groups, corporate, festivals, kids parties, care homes, drug rehabilitation units etc. When creating my art I draw inspiration from nature, my Indian travels, my yogic life and include heartfelt expression.
