Anushka joined AiQ Consulting after undertaking an internship with us that involved looking in great depth at Disruptive Technologies on GSE operations Management. Now a Principal Airport Planner, Anushka works on a wide variety of capacity, demand and operational planning projects, undertaking the analysis and delivery of strategic solutions for clients. She also provides business development support by engaging with key partners such as BAG.
Anushka is a dedicated and experienced principal airport planner with an ever-expanding knowledge of all airport processes, both landside and airside. She has been involved in projects for greenfield terminals and brownfield airports including London Heathrow, London Gatwick, Amsterdam Schiphol, Dublin and Leeds Bradford, amongst others. Recent projects have included passenger bussing and check-in capacity assessments to assess future baggage operations and control post assessments. Anushka's broad range of skills and experience in projects, enables her to adapt easily and provide a tailored solution for clients.
Anushka has always had a keen interest in and an extensive understanding of the aviation industry. Both her father and brother are pilots. Her father is a Captain on the A380 for Qatar Airways and her brother is a Captain on the A320 for Indigo, and both grandfathers were engineers for Air India.
Anushka graduated from Cranfield University School of Management, a world-renowned centre for Master's degrees, as one of the best of her MSc Management course. Her dissertation continued this focus on aviation with an analysis of the Impact of Disruptive Technologies on Ground Service Equipment Operations Management. It looked at trends in Ground Support Equipment, including electrification, GSE pooling, blockchain technology and more. She assessed the current use of Ground Support Equipment at London Heathrow (LHR) and other airports and the impact of disruptive technologies in the future.

Elliot John is an associate who has been working with the AiQ team as a Project Simulation Programmer since 2017. His role is to develop bespoke gaming level 3D discrete terminal simulations utilizing REVIT and incorporating Virtual Reality to visualize the activities. Based in the US, Elliot works closely with our in house simulation engineers and senior airport planners to tailor each simulation and model to every individual client needs and requirements.

As Technical Director, Ian uses his engineering background to model, simulate and solve complex data issues within airports. He brings to AiQ his experience with developing and managing IT solutions, as well as the understanding of commercial and operation concerns key to the aviation industry.

As an Airport Analyst Zoya works closely with the AiQ Planning team collecting and analysing data to support modelling and simulation and inform decision making. Her role requires understanding of airport processes and operations and data analysis skills to generate reports and presentational material to support the Airport planning team. Zoya is also involved in the technical development of our bespoke modelling software TransvisionAIRā¢.
