Caroline joined SI Capital in the summer of 2014 as the company accountant handling all financial matters affecting the company including regulatory reporting, budgets, invoicing and financial planning.

Gregory heads up SI Capital Mayfair.
With over fifteen years' experience in the financial services industry he brings with him a wealth of corporate finance and industry experience. Gregory has worked over many years with small UK, Danish, German and Swiss institutions. A member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and a Computer Science graduate he compliments the SI Capital team perfectly.
Gregory has a young family that takes up most of his free time however when given the opportunity he engages in leisurely sports and the arts.
Jason has been qualified as a solicitor since 1997 and joined SI Capital in September 2018 as General Counsel, providing legal support across the firm. Prior to this Jason spent time at a senior corporate level in a global business for 16 years plus working for the Chinese State Government and Ministry of Defence in the UK on nuclear projects.
Married with a young family Jason has been an active sportsman and enjoys boxing, rugby and golf. Also a Visiting Professor at a London University and coaching junior players at Haslemere Rugby Club.
Jon Levinson MBA has been an analyst, a journalist, a EIS fund manager and Corporate Broker.
Over the years he has successfully concluded a substantial number of secondary market funding's for both private and listed smaller companies.
He has raised debt finance, CLNs (Convertible Loan Notes) as well as equity. He has advised on many Pre-IPO funding's, shells, RTO (Reverse Takeovers) and IPOs.
His MBA dissertation in 1992 was on filling the Smaller Companies Equity Gap which is now almost as wide as it has ever been. Jon is a member of St Johns Blackheath and mentor for the Princes Trust for many years.
