Vicky Carroll is the Managing Director and Owner, who has over 30 years' experience working in commercial and the public sector of house building, community investment, asset management and regeneration. Vicky has extensive knowledge and experience of key strategy and operational areas, including business planning, master planning, developing business cases and operational plans, building up and managing development programs of social, specialist and market sale housing, leading large complex multi-disciplinary projects, appraisals software such as SDS Proval and Homes England IMS systems.
