Jalal has more than 13 years of experience in architecture and urban design. He has worked in various architectural practices both internationally and in Australia. Jalal specialises in residential, educational, community and institutional building design having worked extensively in Sydney and Canberra. His experience also extends to urban design, site analysis and coordinating development applications for approval.
Jalal has a Bachelor Degree in Architecture and a Masters Degree in Urban Design.
Peter has more than 35 years of experience in leasing and land administration having worked in various government organisations at the Federal and Territory levels. Peter specialises in statutory requirements related to ACT Crown lease and land tenure system. He has extensive experience in site selection and development appraisal; land administration and lease negotiations; lease variations and approvals; development potential optimisation and land release.
Shamsul has more than 22 years of experience in architecture and urban planning. He has worked in various organisations in the public and private sector both internationally and in Australia. Shamsul's area of specialisation includes residential & community facilities design, development planning & approval; site selection & development appraisal; land & lease negotiation; and community consultation.
Shamsul has a Bachelor Degree in Architecture and a Masters Degree in Town Planning. He is a Member of the Planning Institute of Australia.
