After serving in various maintenance management and engineering positions with the Canadian Air Force for over 20 years, Andy Fitzgerald retired as a senior officer in 2006 and co-founded ACF Associates. With his in-depth understanding of the military and commercial aerospace environments and his proven leadership and management capabilities, Andy's focus has been to provide demonstrated performance improvement to both government and civilian industry through the development and implementation of Integrated Performance-Based Management Systems. Andy is also a lecturer at the Royal Military College of Canada in Aerospace Maintenance Management
