Acme Binding was established in 1969 in the garage of the original owner. Although it changed hands several times and moved into factory premises, it never developed to any great extent until David Supple brought his commercial acumen to bear twenty years ago... Acme Binding also produce sample books and cards for the major manufacturers to give out to the retailers; they can cut and mitre carpet runners and pieces so that the edge pattern runs all around the piece and can add on or remove fringes from rugs to suit personal tastes. We can also attach foam or felt backing to carpets to give better wear characteristics and make them more slip resistant, or even attach a special 'sticky' backing such as Rug Lock... Acme Binding has a large range of new carpet pieces and remnants in a wide variety of colours and textures. We can produce large family room rugs or arrange to have those carpets layed in your home or office.
