With an M.Phil. and Ph.D. in Chemistry from Utkal University, Odisha, and nearly three decades of experience in research, academics, and industry, including his role as Head of R&D, QA & QC, and Custom Synthesis at RFCL Limited, Rashmi brings extensive expertise to Advent.

Mr. Amit Singh is the Chief Executive Officer of Advent Chembio Private Limited, with over three decades of experience in the Fine Chemicals industry. He has held various roles in Sales, Distribution, Logistics, Procurement, Production, and Contract Manufacturing at Ranbaxy, Glaxo, and RFCL Limited (now Avantor Performance Materials).
Mr. Rajesh Singh oversees manufacturing and production at ADVENT. With nearly four decades of experience in manufacturing Basic Drugs, APIs, and Fine Chemicals, he is well-versed in cGMP and safety protocols. He holds an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry and has previously worked with Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited and RFCL Limited.
Rajesh enjoys reading self-help books and listening to classical music.
Shiv oversees Advent's entire supply chain, managing procurement of raw and packaging materials from both domestic and international markets and ensuring swift delivery of finished goods to customers.
With nearly 30 years of supply chain experience, Shiv has worked with Ranbaxy Laboratories, RFCL (now part of Avantor Performance Materials), and Pidilite Industries.
