Adam Sackstein, MD, is board certified in pain medicine and anesthesiology and is a diplomate of the American Board of Pain Medicine. Dr. Sackstein received his undergraduate degree from City University of New York, Brooklyn College and his medical degree from State University of New York Health Science Center of Brooklyn College of Medicine after completing a seven year combined BA/MD program. Dr. Sackstein's internal medicine internship was completed at Staten Island University Hospital and his anesthesiology residency and pain medicine training was completed at Yale University-New Haven Hospital. He is also a past president of the New Jersey Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and continues to serve on its Executive Board. Dr. Sackstein is also chairman of the Board of the Hamilton Surgical Center, Hamilton New Jersey and Treasurer of Premier Surgical Center in Marlton, New Jersey. In addition to Dr. Sackstein's impressive credentials and experience, he brings tremendous energy, passion, and positive attitude. Mark R. Paiste

Mark R. Paiste, D.O., earned his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2006. He completed his surgical internship and orthopedic surgery residency at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2011. Dr. Paiste obtained subspecialty training by completing a fellowship in Hand, Upper Extremity, and Microvascular Surgery at Rutgers University, Newark, NJ in 2012. He has also contributed to several orthopedic research papers. In his practice, Dr. Paiste specializes in traumatic and degenerative disorders of the hand, wrist, and upper extremity. Dr. Paiste also practices general orthopedic and arthroscopic surgery. Dr. Paiste offers platelet rich plasma biologic injection options for a variety of conditions. In addition, Dr. Paiste administers the Xiaflex injection in the treatment of Dupuytren's disease. Dr. Paiste is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics and the American Osteopathic Association. He is also affiliated with the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, American Society for Surgery of the Hand, and the American Association for Hand Surgery. Dr. Paiste was voted one of SJ Magazine's "Top Docs" in Hand Surgery on two occasions. In addition, he was featured in South Jersey Magazine, "Tales of Triumph", as the hand surgeon collaborating with a team of other physicians in the case of a critically ill patient with a severe infection. The patient survived and had an excellent outcome. Prior to pursuing medical school, Dr. Paiste graduated from Widener University with a mechanical engineering degree in 1996. He served as a mechanical design engineer at numerous companies including ConMed Linvatec and Synthes, which are global leaders in the design and manufacture of orthopedic surgical implants and instruments. During his employment at ConMed Linvatec, he became the co-inventor of an innovative surgical device and technique for use in the repair of torn rotator cuff tendons and instability of the shoulder. Dr. Paiste continues to utilize his engineering and surgical skills to develop innovative and less invasive approaches to treatment. Dr. Paiste is a native of the Philadelphia area and he resides in Montgomery County. His personal interests include physical fitness and nutrition, marine sea life, football, and graphic illustration. He is also an automotive enthusiast, especially for Corvettes. Richard J. Meagher

Dr. Meagher is a board-certified neurosurgeon practicing the full gamut of neurosurgery with an emphasis on minimally invasive spinal surgery. Dr. Meagher earned a degree in psychobiology from Swarthmore College in 1992. His senior thesis focused on facilitating recovery from brain injury. While attending Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey, he engaged in research focused on degenerative processes involved in diseases like Parkinson's. He graduated from medical school with Alpha Omega Alpha honors and moved on to perform his neurological surgery training at Temple Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Meagher's training included award-winning research into the mechanisms of recovery from traumatic brain injury. His clinical research has been published in many peer-reviewed journals, and he has contributed textbook chapters and presented research at numerous international meetings. As a member of the North American Spine Society Evidence-Based Guideline Development Committee, he currently helps develop guidelines for spinal disease treatment. Dr. Meagher has become a world expert in minimally invasive surgical spine techniques. He has traveled extensively to perform surgery for patients in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, Ohio and Missouri. Dr. Meagher and his wife, Lisamarie, actively support their five children in schooling and extracurricular pursuits. His family members are sports enthusiasts who enjoy fitness and exercise regularly.

Thomas P. Obade

Dr. Obade is Board-Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He specializes in performing Minimally Invasive Orthopaedic Surgery including Arthroscopy, and Total Joint Replacement. He also specializes in the newer technologies such as Computer-Assisted Surgery and highly advanced, longer lasting Total Joint Implants. Dr. Obade trained at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center in Philadelphia, and is licensed to practice medicine in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Dr. Obade is the former Chief of the Division of Orthopaedic Surgery at Underwood Memorial Hospital and is a past President of the New Jersey Orthopaedic Society, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He also serves as an orthopaedic consultant for New Jersey Medicare, member and past Chairman of the Arthroscopy Association of North America's Ethics and Standards Committee, and was recently elected to serve a three-year term on the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons' Board of Councilors.
