David Hartman created All Heart Pool Service to respond to the growing need for improved customer service. While working for one of the larger pool service companies, David realized something was missing, that sense of satisfaction from knowing that you did the best for your clients. David wanted to connect with his customers, understand their individual needs and provide a personalized experience. So a new company was started... Our belief is that communication and education are the keys to good customer service. From the early days we have always left a notice of the date and time of service as well as any additional work was necessary, or if repairs are required.
