Jeremy is serving as the Chief Operating Officer of the Firm and is an Attorney in the Business Legal Group. Jeremy joined the Firm in 2009 and has a passion to ensure people fully understand their legal situation and make great decisions. He enjoys watching the change in a client who was previously struggling with a decision being able to confidently make a great and well-informed decision.
Jeremy graduated from Texas Tech University with an Agricultural Communication degree in 2001. He earned his law degree from Texas Tech School of Law in 2005, cum laude.

Josh is serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Firm. Josh joined the Firm in 2004 and has a passion to guide people through the challenges of their legal situations. He also enjoys to see the change in a client who came to the Firm very concerned or stressed but leaves with a real peace about the situation.
Josh graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor's degree in Finance in 2001, magna cum laude. He earned his law degree from Texas Tech School of Law in 2004, cum laude.
Kyle is an "Of Counsel" attorney for the Firm and serves in the Business Legal Group. He is an Associate Professor at Tarleton State University. Kyle enjoys protecting a persons' hard-earned wealth and assets. He has a passion for guiding people to make great decisions in situations involving federal income tax planning, estate planning and trusts; probate and trust administration; wealth and asset preservation; and nonprofit tax-exempt qualification and maintenance.
Kyle graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2004. He earned his law degree from Arizona State University College of Law in 2007 and received his Master's of Law (LL.M) in Tax from New York University School of Law in 2008.

Scott graduated from Texas Tech University with a bachelor's degree in 1966. He earned his law degree from The University of Texas School of Law in 1970.
Prior to founding The Allen Firm in 1972, he practiced law in McKinney a few years until he returned to Stephenville to be help his family after the loss of his father. He opened Scott D. Allen, PC (now known as The Allen Firm, PC) shortly after his return to Stephenville.
