Doug Gleed

Doug Gleed has been in the Financial Planning business for over 40 years. With experience in financial planning, mutual funds, life insurance and employee benefits, he is well positioned to help advisors service their affluent clients, including business owners and individual investors. Tax and estate planning is key to wealthy clients, in particular post-mortem tax planning. Doug's understanding of clients' needs, along with his keen interest in helping others, helps shape personalized plans for clients. On weekends he enjoys spending time with his family, golf, hockey and boating.

Harley Stronach

Harley started with CIBC Wood Gundy in 2010 providing support for Branch Operations. By the time he became a permanent member of the Andrighetti team in 2016 he was already well equipped in all administrative requirements to keep operations running smoothly. Harley has completed his CSC and CPH courses and is licensed as an Investment Advisor. He takes care of most of the team`s marketing and research. Harley is also the father of seven year old James. He is an avid skier and volunteers as a hockey coach in the Willowdale Blackhawks and Lawrence Park Athletic Associations.

Karen Takacs

In 1983, Karen received her Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree from York University. She has worked in the investment industry since 1987. To date Karen has successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), the Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) and is fully licensed to trade stocks, bonds and mutual funds. For over 25 years, she has worked with Susan Andrighetti managing the administrative needs of the team to ensure that clients receive the best possible service. This has allowed her to develop strong relationships of trust with clients. Additionally, she has frequently been praised for her high standards, dedication and attention to detail. She handles the groups overall operations and administration. Karen is well known by her clients and co-workers for her baking skills. There is never an occasion to which she does not volunteer to whip up something delicious! She is an active member in her community, Durham Region, volunteering for her parish, St. Bernadette's Catholic Church, and is also a Regional Chancellor for the Daughters of Isabella. Karen currently resides in Ajax with her husband George, as well as her favourite hiking companion - Vegas, a Hungarian Viszla. Karen is extremely environmentally conscious, and in 2010, won an iPad for being a top employee that went paperless. She was also the recipient of the 2000 Best of The Best Award at a CIBC Wood Gundy predecessor firm.

Susan Andrighetti

Susan is a McMaster University graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance. She holds several professional designations including Chartered Financial Planner (CFP) and Portfolio Manager (PM). Susan is an Accredited High Net Worth Specialist. She has previously held the position of Vice-President at two CIBC Wood Gundy predecessor firms. Susan has been a Member of the elite, peer-elected National Advisory Council to Management at a predecessor firm. Susan has also been an influential member of National Advisory Councils for several financial product manufacturers. Susan is a Charitable Giving Specialist and has provided expertise through published knowledge reports on charitable giving. She is a distinguished Investment Industry Panelist for the Canadian Cancer Society's prestigious Money Talk Forum. Susan is an active member of The Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and Women in Capital Markets. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for Rosalie Hall. Susan was recently selected to join the Canadian Securities Institute Financial Health for Seniors National Advisory Council. Over the years, Susan has provided leadership to Scouts Canada, Northmount School for Boys, Henry Farm Tennis Association. Susan is also the former president of the Point Heron Community Home Owners Group in Mont Tremblant, Quebec.
