Carl Lind

Job Titles:

Carl has more than 39 years of experience in banking and investment management, the last 20 years with Diveley Lind & Associates, LLC, which he co-founded in the Shenandoah Valley with Lynn Diveley. Prior to that, Carl worked in banking in the Valley, spending significant time in the internal audit department and trust department. At Diveley Lind, Carl's primary responsibilities were investment management and client relationships. He has a BA from Virginia Tech, and earned the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) professional designation in 1994. Carl is active in the Staunton Rotary Club, where he is a Past President, and he is a Past President of the Community Foundation of the Central Blue Ridge. Carl is a Director Emeritus of the Blue Ridge Community College Educational Foundation Board, and has served in various capacities on the boards of many other community organizations. Carl and his wife have two adult children, and he is an avid West Coast Swing dancer.

Chris Milligan

Chris is a member of the firm's investment committee and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA ). He is a graduate of Virginia Military Institute with a major in economics and business. While pursuing a concentration in financial management at VMI, he served on the Cadet Investment Group as a health care analyst. Prior to joining Alpha Omega, Chris interned for a Richmond-based Investment Management company. He is involved in the community as the Chariman of the UnBoundRVA Emerging Leaders Board. Chris stays involved with his alma mater as a member of the VMI Economics & Business Academic Advisory Board.

Clay Hilbert - CEO

Clay has more than 24 years of experience in the financial services industry. He served as a Board Member for a regional investment firm where, over the years, he fulfilled many responsibilities including, running the firm's Manager Research team, managing an asset allocation based investment strategy and leading the firm's Business Development group. Clay graduated from Wake Forest University in 1996 and earned his MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business in 2003. He is a Certified Investment Management Analyst professional. He and his wife Stewart have four children, Cleighton, Janie, Luke and Wright, all of whom he has enjoyed coaching over the years. Clay is passionate about his current or past Board work with St. Andrew's School, St. Christopher's School, Richmond Little League, the Richmond Community ToolBank, as well as his time on the Vestry of Grace & Holy Trinity Church.

Clement Teden

Clement has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Formerly a Vice President at Davenport & Company, Clement worked in Business Development and served as a Financial Advisor. A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Clement graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in 2007 with a B.A in Economics. He and his wife, Whitney, live in Richmond with their three children, Claire, Charlie and Cate, and their black lab, Birdie. In addition, Clement is involved in the community through his current service on the Board for Richmond Community ToolBank.

Craig Forbes - Founder

Craig has over 25 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry including stints at the Virginia State Treasury, Federal Reserve, Prudential Securities and SunTrust Capital Markets. During the last 20 years he and his team have managed equity and bond portfolios for a number of institutional and high net worth clients. He has a BA from the Virginia Military Institute and an MBA from the College of William & Mary. He earned the Certified Investment Management Analyst designation (CIMA®) from the Investment Management Consultants Association. Additionally, he is very involved in the community, currently as Board Member and Past President of the Venture Forum Executive Committee. Previously he was President of the Central Virginia Treasury Management Association, on the Executive Committee of the VMI Alumni Board, President of Kanawha Recreation Association, and on the Troop Committee of a local Boy Scout troop. Craig is a retired Major, U.S. Army Reserves. He is fluent in French.

Eric Fitzgerald

Eric has 8 years of experience in the financial services industry. He began his career working for Day and Company, a CPA firm in Knoxville, Tennessee that also had an RIA. For two years, Eric was a paraplanner at Wealth Management Corporation, an RIA in Knoxville during which time he earned his Certified Financial Planner professional designation (CFP®). Prior to joining Alpha Omega, Eric was an investment advisor at TVAMP (Tennessee Valley Asset Management Partners) where he worked directly with clients to provide financial planning services. Eric was also the primary advisor responsible for the wealth management program at Sevier County Bank in Tennessee. Before returning to Staunton, Eric was a part of Sevier County's Leadership Tomorrow class of 2018 - a community program designed to provide leadership training and education to young adults. Eric and his wife Jessica reside in Staunton with their two young sons, Jackson and Asher.

Everett Reveley

Everett has over 18 years of experience in the finance industry. He previously worked at Davenport & Company as a member of the Executive Administration team and as a Financial Advisor. During an earlier stint at Davenport, Everett worked as an Analyst in the firm's Research Department. Before and between his times at Davenport, he worked at the U.S. Treasury Department in Washington, DC. Everett graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Princeton in 2000. He also earned a M.A. in Economics from VCU in 2001 and a M.B.A. from UVA in 2006. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®), and a Certified Compliance and Regulatory Professional (CRCP™). Everett has served on the boards of the Fan District Association, Historic Polegreen Church Foundation, Church Hill Activities and Tutoring (CHAT), RVA Rapid Transit, Westminster Canterbury Richmond, Camp Hanover, and Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church. He resides in Richmond with his wife, Anne Randolph, and sons, George and Auggie.

Nelson Reveley

Nelson has a passion for helping individuals connect their deeply held values with their investments and every day economic decisions. Nelson graduated with a B.A. in Religion from Princeton in 2005. In addition to a Master of Divinity from Union Presbyterian Seminary and a Master of Theology from Princeton Theological Seminary, Nelson earned his doctorate in Religious Studies from the University of Virginia in 2017, with a focus on Christian ethics in regards to economics, human flourishing and ecology. He is also a Chartered SRI Counselor (CSRIC®). An ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church (USA), Nelson has been actively involved with a number of community organizations including RVA Rapid Transit, Shalom Farms, Maggie Walker Community Land Trust, Virginia Community Voice, Thriving Cities Group, Virginia Center for Inclusive Communities, STEP Richmond, Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church, and Grace Covenant Child Development Center. In 2018, Nelson received the Servant Leader Award from Leadership Metro Richmond. He resides in Richmond with his two sons, Eason and Asher.
