Christian Angermayer is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and founder of Apeiron Investment Group.
Christian is the driving force behind the current renaissance of psychedelics - and the development of psilocybin and DMT as potential treatments for a wide range of mental health conditions. In 2018, he founded atai Life Sciences, which has a pipeline of more than 10 therapeutic candidates targeted at the world's most prevalent and damaging mental health illnesses, including depression, anxiety, and addiction.
With his biotech companies rejuveron Life Sciences and Cambrian Biopharma, Christian is developing medical drugs with the aim to significantly prolong the human life span - and health span to match. Because, after all, we all want to live healthier, happier and longer lives.
Christian is an active thought leader and is an advisory council member of the Academy for Health and Lifespan Research, chaired by Prof. David Sinclair, a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, a member of the Milken Institute Young Leaders' Circle, a partner of the Munich Security Conference, an advisor to President Paul Kagame of Rwanda, and a founding member of President Macron's "Scale-Up Europe" initiative. Passionate about the arts and film, Christian has been the executive producer of 26 feature films to date, including the critically acclaimed movies Filth (2013), Hector and the Search for Happiness (2014), Resistance (2020) and the Zack Snyder movie Army of Thieves (2021).

Salvatore Lavallo, joined Apeiron from the Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) in 2023, where as Head of FDI Attraction he was instrumental in bringing many well-known international businesses to Abu Dhabi and promoting the Emirate's investment landscape. Salvatore first came to Abu Dhabi in 2011 to study at New York University - Abu Dhabi, then joined McKinsey and Company's Abu Dhabi Office, and was a Senior Advisor to the Tony Blair Institute before joining ADIO. He was also the youngest person to visit every country on earth.
