Aden is a former USAF Medical Service Corps Officer who started in the aquatics industry in 1996 at Patio Pools and Spas spending five years in retail sales becoming an expert in water chemistry and swimming pool maintenance. He transitioned to becoming a drafter for the Commercial Construction and Sales Division of Patio Pools and later helped launch ADI alongside Dave Acklin and Ken Paulson in 2003. A graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, he also has a Masters in Business Administration as well as a Masters in Healthcare Administration.
Brad is a US Army veteran who began his aquatics career at Patio Pools and Spas in 2008 before joining the ADI team in 2015. He possesses a breadth of commercial aquatics experience in both design and -critically- construction during his tenure with both Patio Pools and Spas and ADI. He's a multifaceted talent in training and education, mechanical filtration and sanitation design and project management. He is an integral, valued member of the ADI team.

Recently relocated to Tucson Arizona from the Washington DC Metropolitan Area where he earned an Associates Degree in Video Production at the Art Institute of Washington. He Formally interned at Moviola Education Center in Los Angeles California. He is Proficient in Final Cut Pro X and The Adobe Creative Suite. Over the past decade, He has acquired the knowledge and skills necessary to be relevant in today's web content climate and joined the ADI team in 2023.
ADI would not exist were it not for the vision of Dave Acklin, he came into the aquatics industry in 1980 and during that time has assumed a myriad roles and responsibilities across diverse sectors of our industry. He has held positions as National Sales Manager for a leading commercial pool equipment manufacturer, to Vice President of Construction for a leading pool building in Hawaii and Arizona. His experience spans across manufacturing to specialized water treatment and ultimately major project construction and design. His knowledge of mechanical filtration and sanitation systems coupled with his experience in construction and design are an invaluable asset to all ADI's clients.

Melissa joined our team in 2019 after moving to Tucson from Mauritania where she worked for the U.S. State Department. She is already our most skilled BIM technician with Revit as well as one of our most skilled AutoCAD MEP drafters. In addition to her experience, she brings an Associates Degree in Computer Aided Design and a Bachelor of Science in Education and Teaching from Northern Arizona University.

Siobhan is a Tucson native who previously studied Interior Design which ultimately sparked her interest in drafting. She has been awarded both Computer Aided Drafting and Revit Certifications. While continuing to pursue her AutoCAD education, Siobhan joined the ADI team in 2023 with an eagerness to learn and grow. Her positive attitude and drive to succeed are a welcome addition to the firm.
Steven has over 20 years of experience in the aquatics industry with service at ArchPac Aquatics, Inc., Mission Pools as well as here at ADI when he joined our team in 2022. Steven's diverse background in both design and construction, within our industry is rare and invaluable. His love for the aquatic industry as well as drafting and design coalesce with his impressive experience in the industry to make him an invaluable asset to our team.
Terry brings a wealth of experience to ADI starting his career in aquatics in 2018. Not only is he an Auto CAD MEP instructor at a local community college, but he also has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison as well as a Master of Science in GIS from Clark University and a Master of Landscape Architecture (MLA) from the University of Arizona. His intelligence, attention to detail, and drafting expertise make him a multi-faceted, key asset to our team.
Tom is a Tucson native and joined ADI as the Operations Manager with the main task of overseeing project assignments, scheduling, and tracking from initiation to completion. He brings over 26 years of experience managing projects for the City of Tucson Parks Department, the City of Tucson Transportation Department, and the Pima Association of Governments/RTA.
He has successfully managed dozens of large-scale capital improvement projects in the Tucson region including roadway corridors, transit facilities, multi-level buildings, park upgrades, and aquatics facilities. Tom has training through the international Project Management Institute (PMI) and is passionate about teamwork in the design and construction industries.
