Ken was born in Peru and has resided in Naples since 1985. Ken, the VP of Ardent Insurance & Risk Management, has been a FL Licensed Agent since 2007 and is bi-lingual. Before Co-Founding Ardent Insurance & Risk Management, he worked for two Insurance agencies specializing in Commercial Insurance. He's ardent about having a positive impact on people's lives and Insurance allows him to follow that passion.
He is married with two children and is an active member of the Naples Community. He serves as President of the Naples Gators Youth Football & Cheer Leagueas well as member of other civic organizations. Ken has become a well-respected citizen of the community and the insurance industry.

Nick is Vice President of Business Development and a Florida native. He has always had a passion for helping people improve. He has advised everything from startups to Fortune 100 organizations. He holds an MBA from Saint Leo University and has Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist designation.
Companies look to Nick for guidance on claim mitigation, safety engineering, and insurance program design to increase the value received from their insurance spend. He is passionate about delivering results to his clients. When he is not on the job, he loves spending time with his wife and three children, cooking, fishing, and traveling.

Steve is President and Co-founder of Ardent Insurance & Risk Management. In 1990, he started The Murphy Insurance Group, managed and organically grew that company into one of the larger Insurance Agencies in Wisconsin. He sold that company in 2010. Along with Ken Coloma, Steve started Ardent with the thoughts of growing another highly successful Agency. He loves being the underdog and mentoring others to build successful insurance careers.
He is family man with three children and grandchildren. He feels giving back to the community is important and is a past Board Member and Officer of Big Brothers & Big Sisters. He also has served and been an officer of various other companies and organizations.

Vanessa joined Ardent Insurance & Risk Management as their Operations Manager in 2014. She has created and maintained high-level objectives of excellence in operating and customer service expectations. She's passionate about how her solution-driven process will enhance insurance services for our clients.
She has a BS in Management and over 15 years of Administration and Customer Service experience. She gives back to the community she loves by serving on the Board as Chair for the SWFYFL Cheer Division in addition to other civic organizations. She is bi-linqual and is a long-term residence of Naples.
