ARS Specialty Contractors is an SBA approved construction contractor providing design-build and renovation services to federal, commercial, and residential clients. At its inception, the company focused in the areas of concrete repair, industrial coatings, parking lot striping and signage. Since that time, we have expanded our services to include installation of gypsum underlayment and lightweight concrete. We perform this work under two divisions. Our original division ARS Concrete & Coatings focuses on epoxy coatings, industrial coatings, concrete finishes and repair. ARS Floor Systems installs gypsum underlayment in multi-level wood frame buildings, as well as lightweight concrete. Our core niche is being able to identify and implement cost-effective construction solutions to achieve maximum efficiency and reduce costs to the client without compromising safety and quality standards.
