A lifelong sailor originally from Galveston, Texas, McDermott holds ASA 101, 102, and 103 certifications, Master of Yachts 200 ton Limited, and USCG 50 ton Masters License. McDermott has over 25,000 nautical miles spanning many waters under his belt over many waters and is also a certified PADI Divemaster.

Denise Hanna is a Certified Professional Yacht Broker with Atlantic Cruising Yachts who has been in the Yacht Sales industry since 1995. She is currently a Board Member for the Yacht Broker Association of America. Denise is the Catamaran specialist and has won several awards throughout her career. Denise has extensive knowledge of the boating industry having represented many brands over the years, including Taswell, Valiant, Tartan, Sabre, Beneteau, Lagoon, Jeanneau, Dufour, Fountaine Pajot and was the National Sales Manager for Beneteau Sailboats from 2012 to 2014.
Denise has raised three daughters in Annapolis and has been active in the community supporting local sailing and rowing programs. She has mastered the ability to introduce families to sailing or to help couples choose the perfect cruising boat to spend their retirement on. Her expertise, hard work, and dedication go beyond the sale of the boat and her level of service to her clients builds long-lasting relationships.

Josef Buxton is a Certified Professional Yacht Broker and Florida Regional Manager for Atlantic Cruising Yachts, a Fountaine Pajot & Dufour dealer. He entered the yachting industry after two decades of success running manufacturing companies and consulting with top racers to develop products in the sphere of motorcycle racing. He received his undergraduate degree in Finance and Economics from USF. His business acumen is a great asset in his ability to work with customers in conveying and developing their Business Yacht Ownership® plan. Customers commonly find Josef goes above and beyond to earn their trust and provide remarkable service, all while developing a unique connection.
Josef is living his best life as a husband and a father to a son and daughter. He grew up boating in the states and the islands. His passion for being on the water is unparalleled.
