A project that converts a paper "RM-3" form that all Virginia State agencies use, into an online web application. The form is created, edited, and signed by users without the need to create usernames and passwords... I was in charge of all graphic design and development decisions for the applications. The website was created using Laravel, Vue.JS, and TailwindCSS.
