Aleks Deyneka

For the past ten years if you have visited a Barcelo building site, you have most likely had the opportunity to meet Aleks. He is our site Superintendent and is usually on site every day overseeing the projects to completion. He oversees the daily activity and ensures site safety.

Andrey Pankiv

Andrey, Vasiliy, and Vladimir are brothers all long time Barcelo employees, having been with the company for the last 17 years. They are an incredible group that works well together to get the daily tasks done and projects completed. They will be daily onsite employees, handling any onsite work that needs to be completed by Barcelo, not contracted through Subcontractors. They have a great eye for details and ensuring that the finished product is done according to the company standards.

Bogdan Maksimchuk

Bogdan Maksimchuk has worked in construction for more than 20 years, building up a strong portfolio of high-quality commercial and residential projects throughout the Seattle/King County area. Working in a range of architectural styles from Traditional to Modern, he has completed single-family and multi-family homes including condominiums, townhomes and apartments. Born in Ukraine, Bogdan began his lifelong love of construction at age 15 as a brick setter for a local builder in his hometown of Lutsk. In 1997 he moved with his family to the U.S., where he soon started his own siding business. In 2003 he became a licensed general contractor, and in 2009 founded Benjamin Custom Homes - now Barcelo Homes - and has been building outstanding projects ever since. Bogdan's commitment to integrity, great service, and offering comfortable, healthy homes at affordable prices is the key to his success. Using only the finest sustainable materials and newest construction techniques, Bogdan's goal is to build quality, energy-efficient homes that meet his personal standard: homes he himself would want to live in. Bogdan views building homes as more than just a job; it is a passion. He loves his craft and continues to be the point-person on all Barcelo Homes projects.

Bonnie Beddall

Danny Lee

Danny dove straight into the high tech industry right out of college during the beginning of the dot com era and became one of the most successful local colocation internet service providers in the Seattle area. After several years of success even through the dot bomb era Danny and his business partners decided that it was the right time to sell the company and move onto the next business venture. That venture turned out to be a career in real estate where his quest to be an expert in the field has lead him to doing work in the appraisal field, renovating homes, consulting and testing high performance energy homes for new construction builders, finding land for developer and builders, as well as providing white glove VIP service to all his real estate clients who are either buying or selling real estate. When Danny is not doing real estate related work, you might find him on the ski slopes, coaching basketball, salsa dancing or taking a hot yoga class.

Ella Mandzuk

Ella has been with the company for 5 years and works on a vairety of our projects. While striving to learn more about the structural operations of this company, Ella has been currently pursuing her bachelors in Business; the thing she is most passionate about. She helps with invoicing, filing, and completing any organizational tasks around the office. She is a fast learner, bringing great value to the company.

Fiore N. Pignataro

Having served as a Realtor for over 10 years, Fiore knows that real estate is as much about people as it is about houses. He is dedicated to providing the best in customer service. He believes every person has a unique set of needs and desires, and so individualizes his services to match each client. With frequent communication and a custom-made strategy, it is possible for everyone to come away with a win when they work with Fiore. Having a masters in education and a lengthy and diverse teaching background, Fiore gets a kick out of turning complicated tasks into easy-to-digest processes. He loves homes and the pride of homeownership and has been a homeowner in the Green Lake area since 1993.

Gloria joined the Barcelo team over 3 years ago. Working as the Admin Clerk she supports various aspects of the Barcelo Projects. She has background knowledge in banking and is well organized. She will be tracking invoices for draw preparation, completing lien releases and tracking change orders for the current project.

Nadia Maksimchuk

Nadia Maksimchuk is the Office Manager for Barcelo Homes. She has been in the lumber and construction industry for 10 years. She has a wealth of knowledge in the building process for both residential and commercial residential construction. Although she is not the project designer, she has an eye for design and makes sure that the homes built have finishes she would be proud to have in her home. She is the owner's representative and will be the lead on approving and reviewing budget items and reviewing draws.

Nick Glant

Nick founded NWG Real Estate in 2007 with the objective to remain boutique in scale and still personally serve clients with a team of experts partnering to enhance the sales experience. Nick grew up on Mercer Island and lives in Laurelhurst. He has a great deal of expertise in the NE Seattle market, Madison Park area, and the Eastside. He is also a member of the top team in sales since 2012 in Seattle in the categories of sales volume, sales above $1 million, and highest price/sq. ft.
