Chris has been with us for 15 years as a Veterinary Technician. Chris oversees and manages our inventory along with handling the purchasing of supplies and medications. Bellaire Richmond Pet Hospital has become part of Chris' family he has a bond with many of our clients and their beautiful pets.
Chris is a native and loyal Houstonian. He's always been a fan of the rockets, Texans, and Astros! Chris enjoys traveling, gaming, and going to the movies. He has two amazing dogs named Levi and Louie. Chrisactuallyrescued Levi when he was abandoned here at our clinic and they have been best friends ever since! Oh, and if you come into the clinic with a Pug(his all-time favorite dog), then you better believe Chris will be there! He will probably take a bunch of pictures with he/she, too
Dr. Tewary is a native Houstonian. She attended veterinary school at Oklahoma State University and graduated in 2018. Dr. Tewary was inducted into the National Honor Society of Veterinary Medicine, The Society of Phi Zeta at Oklahoma State University in 2018. Her passions in veterinary medicine include cardiology, internal medicine, ophthalmology and emergency medicine. When she is not in the office, Dr. Tewary enjoys traveling and trying new foods. She is often found spending time with her family and friends, and her two Newfoundlands; Drummer age 9 and Bruno age 7.
Dr. Beckham is a native Texan and lives in Houston. He earned his B.S. degree in Animal Science from Prairie View A&M University and commissioned through ROTC in the United States Army upon his graduation in 1986. He served in the U.S. Army Engineer Corps, both Active and Reserve Duty. Dr. Beckham later earned his Veterinary Degree from Tuskegee University in 1993. Soon after, he completed an internship in Small Animal Surgery and Medicine at Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in 1994.
Dr. Beckham returned to the Army and served in the Army Veterinary Corps. Throughout his military carrier he served in many roles and deployed to many theaters of operations. After active duty, he served in the reserves up to his last deployment in 2008. For over 15 years he worked for two Veterinary Medical Groups in multi-unit management as Medical Director for the Houston Market. Dr. Beckham is married and his wife is also a Veterinarian. He has a 14-year-old daughter. His family also includes his two energetic Jack Russell Terriers. He enjoys fishing, volunteering with local organizations and spending time with his brother on their family farm on weekends.
Rosa she has been with Bellaire Richmond Pet Hospital for about 15 years. Rosa started her days here after high school. She always thought working with animals would be fun as she grew up feeding pigs and working on a farm. She has many pets at home -1 happy pitbull pup named Leia and 2 doves. Outside of work, Rosa enjoys spending time with her 2 beautiful kids, crafting and going to the beach.
We all know that her multitasking skills are on point! She answers 5 calls at a time, greets people, and schedules appointments, all while maintaining a perfect smile! BRPH is part of Rosa's family now -she loves helping us and our wonderful clients.
Rosa's hard work and dedication has driven her to become the amazing Practice Manager she is today. Rosa makes sure our daily operations run smoothly and so we can provide the best possible patient care to the animals treated and handled by our hospital.
Her first job ever was with Bellaire Richmond Pet Hospital! You all may remember her as our receptionist. Over the past 6 years, her passion for veterinary medicine has grown. Sarahi has now taken on the role of veterinary technician and is involved with direct patient care. Sarahi wants to make a difference in every pet's life just like they make a difference in ours, whether big or small!
Outside of vet med, she enjoys arts and crafts, spending time with her family, keeping up with sports and binge-watching crime shows. She also has a sweet puppy named Leia
