Our business began in 1919 with grandparents Guy & Pauline Bonfatto. The next generation of ownership were brothers (sons of Guy and Pauline) John and Fran Bonfatto. John infamously created the Bonanza Sub in 1958. David (Grandson of Guy and Pauline) and Sherri Letterman took over in 1990. The fourth generation of the Bonfatto's family, Michele Shaffer (daughter of Dave), is currently managing and helping to run the business alongside her Dad.
