Jesse Dhadda

Jesse joined Border Solutions Law Group in January 2019 as the Canadian Immigration Consultant. Jesse handles the processing of Canadian Visitor Visas, Work Permits, Study Permits, TRPs, Sponsorships, Permanent Residency, Citizenship, Criminal Rehabilitation and NEXUS Appeals. Since she started, she also expanded to supporting the counsel with US Waivers. Jesse has been a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant for eight years. She is in good standing, fully licensed with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants . Jesse completed her Immigration Certificate Program at the University of British Columbia. When Jesse is not working, her life revolves around her twin boys. One is entering UBC studying Forensic Science and the other will be entering SFU studying criminology. She is an avid Field Hockey mom that never misses a game. She enjoys working with people in assisting and supporting them through the intricate paths of Canadian Immigration. Her biggest joy is seeing that happy smile upon client's successful journeys.

Michelle Vondee

Michelle has been interested in the legal field since she was a child. She traces her passion for law to her moral compass for protecting the needs of individuals and promoting the greater good in society. Graduating with a Bachelor's Degree from Simon Fraser University's criminology program, Michelle would like to further her education at the Peter Allard School of Law and become a lawyer. Michelle weight-trains in her free time and spends time binge-watching Suits and Criminal Minds.

Nathan A. McQuarrie

Mr. McQuarrie in an associate lawyer at Border Solutions Law Group and he is licensed to practice law in British Columbia and Washington State. He has navigated complex cross-border cases, helping clients obtain extraordinary results on a continuous basis. In addition to his multiple litigation files, Mr. McQuarrie has a strong understanding of both Canadian and U.S. Immigration Laws. He has helped clients navigate the novel border restrictions that arose during the Covid 19 Pandemic. Mr. McQuarrie's broad knowledge base in immigration affords him the ability to help individuals to large businesses seek their immigration needs. Mr. McQuarrie started his law career with an emphasis on philanthropy. He was actively engaged with the International Refugee Assistance Project, helping marginalized persons under threat from terrorist organizations seek asylum in the United States. In his spare time, Mr. McQuarrie enjoys surfing, playing tennis, golf, and snowboarding the surrounding mountains. He is also known to run the Vancouver seawall on a weekly basis.

Noelle Benoit

Noelle joined Border Solutions Law Group in early 2018 as a litigation paralegal. With over 20 years of extensive experience working in personal injury field, she is a great asset to our firm. She graduated from Capilano University with a legal administrative assistant certificate in 2002 and the paralegal certificate in 2012. Noelle enjoys exercising, camping, hiking, 4x4ing and travelling around the province.

Rubina Sidhu

Ms. Sidhu is an associate lawyer at Border Solutions Law Group. She has vast experience in Canadian immigration, refugee and citizenship law, representing individuals and families on various applications and legal processes before the Refugee Protection Division, Immigration Division, Immigration Appeal Division and Federal Court. She also has experience in civil litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice as well as uncontested family law matters. Ms. Sidhu has worked as an undergraduate instructor, teaching introductory law courses at University of Fraser Valley and Douglas College. She is currently appointed by the Province of British Columbia as a Tribunal Member on the Employment Assistance Appeal Tribunal. Ms. Sidhu graduated from Thompson Rivers University in 2015, where she received a Law Foundation of BC Entrance Scholarship and obtained her law degree. She was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2016. Ms. Sidhu also received her Bachelor of Arts (with distinction) degree at Simon Fraser University in 2011, where she studied Criminology under an Undergraduate Scholarship from SFU. Ms. Sidhu is fluent in Punjabi and understands Hindi. In her spare time, Ms. Sidhu enjoys travelling, dancing, food and the company of family and friends.

Sabrina Baily Matiru

Sabrina was born and raised on the North Shore, where she currently resides with her husband and four children. She attended the University of Western Ontario, where she graduated with an honours degree in history and political science. Sabrina started her career at a boutique property management company, where she discovered her love of managing small businesses and ensuring they operated smoothly. Sabrina spent close to a decade working for two sister companies as their office manager and bookkeeper. Before joining Border Solutions Law Group, Sabrina specialized in working in boutique law firms and ensuring their full-cycle accounting needs were met. When not working, Sabrina is busy shuttling her children to the various soccer fields and ice rinks around the city. Sabrina has always had a passion for travel, and her family is always planning their next adventure.
