BOSTON LEGACY PLANNING - Key Persons
Bill Coyne is the founding member of Boston Legacy Planning LLC. He has been in the private practice of law for over 30 years. Initially, he engaged in a general law practice with an emphasis on litigation, especially business litigation. In 1997, Bill took the requisite training and became a qualified mediator under G.L. c. 233 ยง 23C. Two years later, he published articles in two national law journals on a particular technique for achieving early resolution of disputes.
