Brian W. Hurd graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in legal studies and criminal justice. After serving as a paralegal at a law firm for several years, he attended the Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where he earned a Juris Doctorate of Law. He was admitted to the Florida Bar and the Brevard County Bar in 2004 and opened The Law Office of Brian W. Hurd in 2009.
