My name is Zoë and I am passionate about the difference movement makes to people's lives... As a trained dancer it has always been important to my well being, but after a career in advertising and business consultancy I was diagnosed with cancer and went through extensive treatment... At Live Breathe Pilates 1 offer 1-1 sessions from my home studio, for all levels of fitness - from post rehab to athletes and dancers. I also offer limited classes on Zoom Based in Boxmoor, Hemel Hempstead
