Chezley is an Enrolled Agent candidate and an Annual Filing Season Program Participant. She received her B.A. from Loyola Marymount University in Television Business Production which has enabled her to understand how small production company finances are handled. She has 15 years of diverse general ledger accounting and financial analysis experience for business in a variety of industries as well as retail, real estate and manufacturing. She got her start in taxation with HOA tax filings, then moved to handle private high dollar wealth individuals. She had three years of experience in taxation before joining Bottom Line. Chezley was born in Salt Lake City, Utah but has lived in the Conejo Valley since 1991 and considers it home. She is a big football, soccer and hockey fan, so outside of work you will most liking catch her at a sporting event rooting for her beloved team.

Doug has been active in the community and previously served eight years on the Las Virgenes Unified School District's Curriculum Council. He wrote a musical drama for the stage which was produced in the San Fernando Valley in 1993 and again in 2004, and his poetry can be found in several anthologies. A boat owner, the Maletz family are avid water-skiers, as well as car enthusiasts. Doug and Nancy are passionate world travelers, whether it be a relaxing river cruise in Europe, hiking Machu Pichu, a bumpy photo safari in Africa or touring our own beautiful national parks. And of course, what would traveling abroad be like without sampling the native cuisine…

Jackie is married and has three children. She enjoys helping out in her community and long distance running in her spare time, one day earning the coveted World Major Marathon medal and joining the Seven Continents Club.
Jackie is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and CMA (Certified Cost Management Accountant). She received her B.S. Degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland, College Park and immediately went to work for Price Waterhouse in Audit working with a wide variety of clients in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Mark is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant).
He received his B.S. degree in accounting from CSUN in June 1978. Two years later, after working part-time in accounting, volunteering as a youth director and one year of graduate school, he began working full-time with his father's local CPA firm in 1980. Their firm was a full service firm engaged in a wide range of tax returns and clients which included individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts and non-profits. The firm also prepared Compilations, Reviewed and Certified Audited financial statements.
Mark was an integral part in all these areas and has extensive experience working with individuals and small businesses. He obtained his CPA license in February 1984. He has served on various CPA committees including the Accounting and Auditing, Financial Planning and Computer Users committees over the years. He has volunteered with the Tax Committee in preparing tax returns for low income families in East Los Angeles. In the past he has served as the treasurer of a private school and the national auditor and financial advisor to the Society of the Third Infantry Division, U.S. Army.
Mark and Linda have been married since 1981. They have two adult children Michael and Marissa both of whom are married and two grandchildren. Michael works at Berkeley National Laboratory and has our two grandchildren. Marissa lives and works in Sacramento. Linda is originally from Indonesia and enjoys working out at the gym. Mark is an avid racquetball player and is a member of the Magic Castle. They both like traveling and volunteering in the community and at church.

Russ is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant). He received his B.S. in accounting from CLU (California Lutheran University) in 2007. Prior to joining Bottom Line in 2013, Russ spent over eight years in the tax departments of national and regional CPA firms, working on a variety of different accounting, tax and business management clients. Tina is a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) as well as a licensed attorney.
She received her Bachelor's degree in Economics, with a minor in Accounting, from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2000, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana College of Law in 2004. Prior to sitting for the CPA exam, Tina practiced business litigation for a few years.
Tina has six (6) years' experience in taxation. Before joining Bottom Line Strategies and Management, she worked for a small boutique CPA firm in Manhattan Beach, and is knowledgeable about individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary and non-profit returns and related tax matters.
Tina is a certified scuba diver, and enjoys making an occasional dive in the blue, clear, warm waters of Hawaii. One of her most memorable dives is the Manta Ray dive on the Big Island, though she still as yet to grab a California lobster off the coast of Palos Verdes.
