Jeff Ellington - SVP

Jeff Ellington is Senior Vice President of Capterra Risk Solutions, LLC, responsible for the oversight of the captive formation process, including risk assessments, feasibility studies, organizational structure and design, and policy production. He also coordinates captive renewals and claims handling and processing; he works closely with account managers on captive operational issues, including procedures, best practices, and quality review. In addition, Jeff manages the Business Development Team and is responsible for the generation of new captive business. As a successful insurance professional with over 30 years of overall experience including over 10 in captive insurance, Jeff has worked in multiple facets of the commercial insurance industry, including sales, marketing, underwriting and management. Most recently, Jeff was Vice President of an international captive insurance management and consulting firm, where he developed and oversaw the Underwriting Department and worked with brokers and other referral sources to develop strategic partnerships to generate new captive opportunities. Jeff began his insurance career in sales of commercial insurance with Liberty Mutual insurance company and became a National Top Producer. He then became a successful agent with a regional retail insurance agency and was later made Partner and Vice President. While there, he was chosen by the management of Crum & Forster insurance company to serve on its national council of agents. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina, and he achieved and maintains the Certified Insurance Counselor designation. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, working out, reading, and he is an avid fan of college and pro football and basketball.

Jeremy Hirsch - CMO

Jeremy Hirsch, the Director of Marketing at Capterra Risk Solutions, LLC, is responsible for the firm's marketing and branding. As a seasoned, senior marketer, Jeremy has run several Marketing departments in both large and small companies. He has over 20 years of diverse business experience -ranging from startups to multi-billion dollar firms - in such industries as wholesale trade, professional services consumer software, and retailing. Recently Jeremy served as a Managing Director at FedEx Supply Chain where he was in charge of lead generation, branding and eCommerce for one of its divisions. Mr. Hirsch was heavily involved in Capterra Risk's rebranding in 2013. Jeremy is a graduate of Duke University and has a MBA from Carnegie Mellon's Tepper School.

Sandra Fenters - President

Sandra Fenters is the President of Capterra Risk Solutions, LLC, working with entrepreneurs of closely held businesses, private equity firms, public entities, and not-for-profit organizations seeking to capture profits within their organizations by implementing solid risk management and loss prevention techniques. Fenters is a graduate of Allegheny College and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in English. She is also a graduate of The University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Business Institute for Entrepreneurial Excellence, Fellows Class of 2010.

Stefanie Cellitti is the Assistant Controller of Capterra Risk Solutions, LLC and is responsible for the day to day internal accounting functions of the Company. In addition to managing financial matters of Capterra, Stefanie helps with strategic financial planning for our captives under management.
