While my early professional life began in the creative arts, it became clear that my passion was for whole body healing. For the past 25 years I have been consciously developing tools to work holistically in support of my clients' mental and physical wellbeing. In 1994 I charted a course to first study the body as a massage therapist, then explore the connection between body and mind in my somatic psychotherapy training and practice, and finally weave the two together by becoming a homeopath. My goal is to use all the tools I have honed to support you in your healing and transformation.
