Allison Bowman is an attorney with Bowman Law PLLC. She focuses her time and talents in the area of North Carolina workers' compensation law. She represents individuals in workers' compensation claims, including those individuals affected by job-related injuries and occupational diseases. Allison is particularly adept and experienced in the area of alternative dispute resolution, having worked on behalf of individual plaintiffs to mediate many, many workers' compensation claims to successful resolution.
After graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law, Allison gained invaluable experience working for a prominent national corporation and financial institution, in Winston-Salem and Raleigh, NC. After much preparation, Allison joined Bowman Law PLLC in order to serve North Carolina workers, and others, in need of her helpful and unique brand of assistance, representation, and advice. She--much like Joe--loves her job!

Joe Bowman is an attorney with Bowman Law PLLC. The firm serves clients across the the State of North Carolina, as well as individuals who reside beyond the borders of North Carolina who are parties to legal matters within the jurisdiction of the North Carolina Industrial Commission. Joe chooses to focus the vast majority of his work in the area of workers' compensation law, representing individuals affected by job-related injuries and occupational diseases.
After graduating from the University of South Carolina School of Law in the top ten percent of his class, he gained a great deal of knowledge and experience while representing insurance carriers and employers throughout the state. While this experience provided Joe with a thorough knowledge of his practice areas, he found it extraordinarily difficult to imagine the defense of insurance companies as his life's work. Accordingly, after much careful planning and preparation, Joe formed his firm to serve North Carolina residents and employees in need of experienced, aggressive representation by a uniquely qualified attorney. He loves his job!
