Dr. Cortese is an audiologist who specializes in testing, hearing aid fittings and follow-up care. She currently sees patient in our West Chester and Exton offices for audiological testing and hearing aid fittings and follow-up.
Outside of work, Dr. Cortese enjoys spending time with her husband and four boys.

Dr. Douglas Nadel is a physician who specializes in treatment of adult and pediatric disorders of the head and neck, including the ears, nose, sinuses, throat and voice box. His mission is to combine state-of-the-art medical care with compassion, respect and kindness. Dr. Nadel completed his fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in 1993.
In his spare time, Dr. Nadel enjoys woodworking, mountain biking and playing bass guitar.
Dr. Emily Brown is a board-certified audiologist specializing in hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings and hearing aid repairs. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
In her free time, Dr. Brown enjoys quilting, counted cross stitch, reading and spending time with her family and Bernese Mountain Dog.
Dr. Joseph Ardito is a board-certified otolaryngologist and specializes in head and neck cancer, sinus surgery, cosmetic nasal surgery, snoring and sleep apnea, general otolaryngology, hearing loss, tinnitus (ringing in the ears), dizziness, vertigo and balance problems, and thyroid and parotid gland surgery.
Dr. Ardito is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic Reconstructive Surgery, American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery, American College of Surgeons and the Philadelphia Society of Plastic Surgeons.
In his spare time, Dr. Ardito enjoys gardening, travel, sports and wine collecting.
Dr. Lara Smith is an audiologist who specializes in hearing evaluations, hearing devices, hearing aid programming and custom earmolds. She is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Dr. Larry Feiner is board certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology- Head & Neck Surgery and specializes in thyroid, parathyroid, endocrine surgery, voice disorders and endoscopic sinus surgery.
He is affiliated with Phoenixville Hospital, Pottstown Memorial Medical Center and Physicians Care Surgical Hospital. Dr. Feiner was previously the Secretary-Treasurer for the Pottstown Memorial Medical Staff and Vice Chairman for the Department of Surgery Pottstown Memorial Medical Center.
Dr. Feiner also received the March of Dimes Grant for Research in Pediatrics and has been recognized as a Top Surgeon - Otolaryngologist in 2008 by Main Line Today Magazine.
He received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in 1978. In addition, he completed his otolaryngology and surgical residencies at Baylor College of Medicine and his fellowship at the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Raymond Lesser has practiced in the Philadelphia region for over 30 years. He is an otolaryngologist who specializes in nasal and sinus surgery, head and neck oncology and laryngology.
Dr. Lesser is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology/HNS and Pennsylvania Medical Society, in addition to serving as a clinical assistant professor at Drexel University.

Jackie Clemens is the practice manager at Pinnacle ENT - Chester County Otolaryngology & Allergy Associates Division. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Purdue University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Jackie has been with PENTA for 10 years and while her experience is in many facets of healthcare, she finds leading a team the most fulfilling. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband, two kids and two French Bulldogs.

Karen Hallman is the Office Manager for Pinnacle ENT - Valley Forge Ear, Nose & Throat Associates Division. She has been a part of the practice for the past 29 years. Since graduating from Reading Business Institute, Karen has worked in several medical practices in the Pottstown area and is committed to providing friendly and professional care to patients.
Dr. Michael Hoffmann is a board-certified otorhinolaryngologist specializing in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery. He completed his otolaryngology training at the National Naval Medical Center and the Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
Dr. Hoffmann also spent four years as Lieutenant Commander/U.S. Navy physician specializing in otolaryngology at the U.S. Naval Hospital in Okinawa, Japan.
In his free time, Dr. Hoffmann enjoys outdoor activities, travel and attending his children sporting events.

Robert Connelly is the Vice President of Operations at Pinnacle ENT Associates, a 13 physician Ear, Nose & Throat practice with 10 offices throughout the greater Philadelphia area. Mr. Connelly is responsible for the overall operations for Pinnacle ENT Associates and focuses his attention on practice growth and development, finances, marketing, billing and operations, mergers, contract negotiations and strategic planning of the organization. Mr. Connelly is an ad-hoc member of all Board Committees and reports directly to the President of the group. Mr. Connelly joined Pinnacle ENT Associates in December 2005 and was instrumental in bringing the group together. Mr. Connelly has over 30 years of healthcare administrative experience in consulting, finance, billing and operations, information technology, managed care contracting, mergers and acquisitions, physician recruitment and healthcare marketing.
Prior to joining Pinnacle ENT Associates, Mr. Connelly worked as the Director of Billing, Operations and Human Resources at Cardiology Consultants of Philadelphia (2000 - 2005), as a Healthcare Consultant with The Healthcare Group in Plymouth Meeting, PA (1995 - 2000), as a Practice Manager with Health Images (1992 - 1995). Mr. Connelly has a BBA in Business Administration and Human Resource Administration from Temple University.

Dr. Timothy Downey is a board certified otolaryngologist and specializes in diseases of the head and neck in adults, children and infants.
He is affiliated with Brandywine Medical Center, The Surgicenter of Chester County, Turk's Head Surgery Center, Chester County Hospital and Jennersville Regional Hospital. He was also the Chief of the Departments of Surgery & Otolaryngology at Martin Army Community Hospital, Ft. Benning, GA, from 2005 to 2009.

Dr. Zager graduated with high distinction from the University of Michigan and received his medical degree from the University of Miami in 1997 where he was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. He completed his internship at Thomas Jefferson University in General Surgery in 1998 and his Otolaryngology- Head & Neck Surgery residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in 2002. In 2003, Dr. Zager completed a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery under Wallace K. Dyer at Emory University. During his fellowship, Dr. Zager was trained in innovative cosmetic and reconstructive surgical techniques, with an emphasis on rhinoplasty.
