We are proud to be the only winery officially representing Canada in its 150th year of confederation. We use nothing but the best B.C. grapes, hand picked and sorted, to make a wine we, and all Canadians can be proud of. Even though we are a young country, we have worked many hard long days to make our mark. Castoro de Oro is honoured to be a part of Canada's great history. We started the winery in January of 2006, and opened our wine shop a few months later in April. We have seen a lot, done a lot, worked a lot and enjoyed a lot of wine. Family owned, we are true vignerons - we make wine from grapes we grow. Simply, we are farmers who like to make good wine... Our wine shop is open daily.
