President and Founder, Anthony L. Person has more than 20 years of experience in the security industry. He has held Regional, National & Corporate level executive management positions with Northrop Corporation, American Protective Services and Kaiser Permanente. He has also held senior management positions with two of the largest fire/security system integrators in the U.S. - ADT and Johnson Controls, Inc.During his career in corporate America, He has led (2) National Divisions with branch office networks of up to 227 branches with multi-million dollar budgets and over $38 million dollars in sales growth. His proven track record and specialized expertise in business development, sales and marketing has allowed him to consistently deliver increased company sales and improved revenue performance. He holds a BA Degree in Management, along with an MBA from Pepperdine University's Presidential /key Executive Program. He is an active member of (ASIS) International worldwide security. Most recently he was President and joint-owner of his own California fire and security systems Integration Company.

Executive Vice President & CFO, Clay McQuiddy is an attorney who practiced privately, then served as general counsel with various companies in the finance and insurance industries. He has held senior management positions with Western Financial Life Insurance Company and with Westmark Mortgage Corporation. His consulting company, Graywood & Company has been involved with turnaround management, startups and venture capital, as well as company reorganizations and financial management. Mr. McQuiddy is an adjunct professor of law at Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business where he has taught classes in law and finance. He is also on the faculty at Chapman University's Argyos School of Business and economics. He holds a BA from Gettysburg College, a J.D. from the University of North Carolina, School of Law at Chapel Hill and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
