CEDAR VALLEY DENTAL ASSOCIATES - Key Persons

Dr. Josh Hones, or "Dr. Josh" joined the CVDA team in June of 2021. He is originally from Pella, IA. He attended Wartburg College in Waverly for his undergraduate degree and received his DDS from the University of Iowa in 2019. In 2019 Dr. Josh returned to his hometown to work at Recker Dental Care in Pella before deciding to make the trek up to the Cedar Valley. Dr. Josh and his wife Megan enjoy spending time outdoors, bike riding and travelling.

Dr. Sam Kim joined the CVDA team in May of 2019. He is originally from Daegu South Korea and moved to the United State in 2006 to pursue his college degree. He attended the University of Pittsburgh for his undergraduate degree and received his DDS from the University of Iowa in 2014. After graduating Dr. Kim worked for Milwaukee health services and for Family First Dental in Lake City, IA before joining CVDA. Dr. Kim enjoys spending time with his wife Rebecca and his son David as well as visiting his extended family in Milwaukee.
