As the Group Managing Director and co-founding partner of CHA Consulting, Peter Heres offers a wealth of experience across the spectrum of industrial relations. An Employee Equity and Relations expert, Peter trains, develops and implements human resource policy to not only meet statutory requirements but to equip businesses with the structures they need to advance and grow.
From Union negotiations, disciplinary process and skills development to CCMA representation; Peter's stringent attention to detail, people-orientated nature and his innate discernment allows him to unravel insights that lead to the best working solutions.
