Troy first entered the real estate industry in 2006 as a hardworking and eager to learn "kid" with a BS degree in Economics from the University of Utah and additional studies in Real Estate Finance at Brigham Young University. He became licensed as both a real estate agent and mortgage loan officer and quickly fell in love with the industry. In 2011 he started his own mortgage brokerage, Cinch Home Loans, that he still operates as the President and Principal Lender Manager to this day. Valuing knowledge and continuing growth, in 2014 Troy also added his real estate broker's license to his resume.
Today, Troy and his team at Cinch Home Loans team provide quick, accurate, and reliable service to current and future homeowners in Utah, California, Colorado, Florida and Idaho. Specializing in providing affordable mortgage origination service for customers with good credit.
Conducting business in multiple states and different markets, Troy has successfully navigated thousands of real estate transactions as a mortgage loan originator, principal lending manager, and real estate broker. This experience, combined with his passion for the industry and desire to continue learning, make him a well seasoned and knowledgeable professional.
A Utah native, Troy enjoys fly fishing, camping, grilling, horseback riding, college football, and baseball and volunteering in the rare disease community both locally and worldwide.
